I. LOVE. THESE. BOOTS! Fit is true to size and quality is what you'd expect from Ariat. I have average sized calves (long legs) and there is ample room at the top of the boot when on. The ONLY ding I could possibly give is that there was a noticeable odor when I opened the box. Not like a leather product, probably whatever is used to color the print. I left them in the garage overnight and the smell was gone the next morning. I had these on my 'save for later' list for a while and shouldn't have waited so long to purchase! ... show more

First I didn't take the reviews too seriously and I wish I had. But glad I didn't listen either. First I have a thin perfect size 9 foot. These are so small I can't get my foot in them. I am using a boot stretching foot and spray to even try to get my foot inside. The shift that meets the lower boot is funky. I wish i ordered 1/2 to one size bigger. This is an awesome boot! Da BOMB!!! I love Ariat boots and they have yet to disappoint me!!! I love the leopard print, the distress look, the comfort is awesome (I could walk in these all day & then some), the colors are awesome, true to size ( I went with my normal size, perfect fit), and it was honestly love at first site!!!!!! I have lots of Ariat boots and this is my favorite pair! I have horseback riding boots, barn boots, going out to dinner boots, or just everyday wear boots.
