They took a few days to break in and the evening I would put rolled up socks in them to stretch the ankle area out. After the break in I can wear them all day. I’ve been wearing ARIAT for many years now and these like all the others I’ve owned are nice looking, well built and comfortable boots.

If you order these in a man’s size (13 or higher) the leather is going to be darker than the leather shown in the advertisement. Not a big deal, unless you’re looking for a light brown leather. Wee men, women and kids boots appear to come in the lighter leather. Not a big deal in my opinion. The leather sole is a nice a touch. The comfort of these boots is typical for Ariat. These are my third pair of Ariats, and every pair is just as comfortable. Order them wide, unless you are a wee man. I suppose a wee man could order a woman’s pair and be just as comfortable. If you’re upset about being a wee man, you probably shouldn’t buy these boots. As these boots were made for men. ... show more

I like the fit and the comfort. The color did not come as shown. More of a light tan with a dark brown toe. I had to die the lighter section to come close to matching the toe. These are my first pair of cowboy boots. I love the smell of leather as well as the stitching. I thought the leather soles was a nice touch. Boots ordered 2/29/2024; delivered 3/1/2024. Good looking boot and the uppers look fine, but the boots have clearly been worn previously as evidenced by the scuff marks on the soles.
