I absolutely loved these boots. Unfortunately I returned them cause I don’t go out anymore. Would’ve been a waste sitting in my room. So I did the next best thing returned them so the next guy can enjoy them and get those compliments. These boots are kick ass

I had to come back and edit my review, when I first bought these I had hopes that they would be a good looking work boot that would offer good support. They do indeed offer good support but they are not made for hard physical labor. I completely destroyed the first pair within four months of mild physical labor, so you can imagine how disappointed I was, but the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement after I wrote my first review. I wore the replacement pair for about 5 months before they too broke and the stitching came undone. I once again reached out to the company, and to my delight, they offered to send me a third pair free of charge just as long as I send my old ones back into them. This is excellent customer service. They did stress to me that these boots are not designed for hard labor and that this would be the last pair they would send me. So if you are looking for a good-looking chelsea boot for nights out, this is a great boot that polishes well, and looks great. they do scuff rather easy but like I said you can polish them. If you are looking for a work boot this is not for you.

Great boot!! I normally wear a 10 .. these run big.. I got a 9.5 in the barn brown they fit good but little snug on the sides.. I tried to point this out in the photo, but once broken in they felt great. Liked them so much I bought the stone brown in a 9.5 wide. These you can wear out of the box and they are not snug on the sides.. so I suggest the 9.5 wide.

Well, I always try to be exact with these reviews, but everyone is different you know? At any rate, I loved these boots on sight. I'm no cowboy, but if I'm not in shorts and a t-shirt, then it's jeans, t-shirt, cool jacket, and some boots. I've got some low cut dress sorta boots, but these just looked good. I read all the reviews concerning width and size, and decided to give it a shot. I've got normal feet; average width and normally wear an 11 in everything; sneakers, sandals, etc. That said, the consensus was to order a half size smaller. So I did. Amazon warehouse had a like new pair; size 10.5, normal width. Got them today and they fit perfectly. The length thing was spot on. Order a half size smaller. The width wasn't an issue. They're perfect. No problems putting them on or pulling them off. That said, some break in will be required, but still comfortable. I had read that the inserts weren't removable. Not true. I'm an old army guy that's had plantar fasciitis, so I buy a pair of Powerstep inserts for everything but sandals. It took me ten seconds to remove the included inserts and put the Powerstep inserts in. Boom; arch support and super comfortable. No issues. The color was exactly what the picture showed. So, while I can't speak for everyone, this was a positive buy for me. They look and feel amazing. Cheers
