The way the heating element is set so far into and only on one side of the wand that it makes it VERY difficult to apply to lashes effectively, if at all. I used to have one that heated the entire wand giving control and great results. This Ardell appeared to be made that way but, was not.     • Stops heating up or doesn't heat at all
I used to have one of these heated curlers that lasted forever. One day it sadly stopped working, so I got a new one. That one worked for a few months, then also stopped working. Finally got around to getting another one and this one wouldn't even turn on. It's not the battery, these have just gotten cheaper in quality I guess ... show more

Not what I expected for a curler.

I’ve over one eyelash curler before this one and that one was great. My expectations may have been too high. This one doesn’t get hot enough, the comb make it hard to straighten my lashes which is what I use it for and the body feels cheap.

Loved this for the first month of use but then it failed...wouldn’t turn on...tried to change the battery and still won’t turn on. Cheaply made if you can’t depend on it to work. Wouldn’t purchase again until they upgrade the durability.
