  • Nice quality
Color: Steel Size: X-Large/27" Inseam
I read one Nice review and ordered a size larger…nope to snug in waist and hips. I have to be honest, I couldn’t close the waist!🥺 Oh, the length was perfect!!! I am 5’1” and the 27” inseam was so great. Liking the style, quality and there is elastic on the inner layer I reordered the next size 1x 😳☹️. Checking size chart there is a US sizing but when I ordered it was larger in waist and hip’s compared to the US chart. I believe if I could get the 1x pants using that chart the pants would be perfect. I can’t give up so I am calling Amazon and hope I can get pants using the US sizing and if not I will reorder the X-Larger🤞🤞and hope the next pair come from a different sewing factory and will be a tad bit larger. ... show more

  • Snow pants that keep you warm
Color: Steel Size: 2X Short
This review is from Buffalo, NY. I'm starting with my location so that you know I'm not a big baby when it comes to weather. First of all, the snow pants keep you warm. Wore them to a December football game (snow, freezing rain, 29 degree with 20 degree wind chill) and I'm pleased to report that they kept me warm even when I sat on a metal bench for 3+ hours. Next test was our Buffalo Blizzard of '22. Again, kept me warm and dry while snow blowing, digging out, shoveling. Most importantly they worked well while answering EMS calls as a volunteer firefighter. The inside pant leg that you can tuck into your boot was essential for cutting through deep snow. Loved the zipper pockets and Velcro tabs on the waist to tighten it. Fit was good (there're snow pants not fashion fit). I ordered 1 size up - figuring I'd need room to wear my jeans underneath - so the pants were a bit loose. There are belt loops and I did use a belt to keep the pants up. Overall, I give the pants a thumbs up! ... show more

  • Good buy.
Color: Black Size: X-Large
The pants were just fine for the most part. They kept us warm and dry. However, on the 2nd day of wear, one of my front buttons and the clasp broke on the pants causing a gap in the front of the pants. I had a long parka and a fleece top to cover it up, but it was still an inconvenience for the rest of the 16 day trip, especially on the days when I didn't need to wear an additional top. I bought two pair for my daughter and I. Hers were just fine on the trip. I would buy the pants again. ... show more

  • Checks All the Boxes
Color: White Size: Medium
This was a great ski pant for the price. It had everything I needed including lots of pockets, zips, gators, snaps at cuff and kept me completely dry and warm in the 10 degree Colorado weather and snowstorm. And as an island girl, trust me, my tolerance for cold is not too great! The white was a really nice bright white. The small fit good (I’m a size 6), but I sized up to the M for room for thermals and more mobility. ... show more

  • AWESOME women Arctix womens snow pants
Color: Black Size: Medium Short
I’ll be spending a week in the snow. I ordered some “slim” fit snow pants with a huge amount of good reviews and was incredibly disappointed. First, they’re mens cut - weird awkward fit - second, they just weren’t warm. I was in dry 63 degree weather and I may as well have been wearing jeans. So, I ordered Arctix brand womens snow pants. Much much more insulated. Actually cut for a woman’s form so they fit very well! I’m not in the snow yet but it’s a windy 50 degree day and I was as warm as I could possibly be - I ordered another pair right away! For me, they run a bit big but not so big that they look clownish. Big enough to slip some thermal pants underneath (for the snow) and still be comfortable. You can adjust the waist on these because they have sturdy Velcro - there’s also loops for a belt. I freaking love these. Forget the slim look - yeah they’d be cuter but you’ll be freezing. These also have room to comfortably go over your snow boots on the bottom - OR - as I did, fold back once down near the cuffs (we used to call this pegging our pants back in the 80’s haha) and bring my boots up over them - tie boots snugly and they feel softer than the sock and boots only. Highly recommend! Arrived next day! I’m 5”6 and weigh probably 132 pounds right now. I have short legs so I got the medium short size and they’re a freaking dream! PS - they look really good! I’m pleasantly surprised with how great they look for well insulated snow pants. Don’t hesitate - get these! EDIT TO ADD - I had my week in the snow. From 40 degrees to 19 degrees - the pants totally kept me warm. The snow pretty much rolled right off - I can’t speak to how water resistant these are because it wasn’t slushy snow - but I’ve got to think they would’ve been at least a LITTLE wet. They weren’t. Loved these. So warm that when I went to a bar after hiking in the snow - I was pretty toasty and went outside a few times to cool off. Definitely warm. Definitely comfortable. Definitely recommend. ... show more

  • Warm but flawed
Color: Blue Night Melange Size: X-Large
I've had these about a year and worn them maybe 15 times. They have kept my legs warm down to 8 degrees. Today the rivet that secures the "eyelet" (the piece at the waist where a hook on the waistband locks in like a belt) fell off somewhere on my walk. I thought the hook had come undone, but no, it doesn't fasten properly now. While there is a 2nd hook and velcro to keep the waistband closed, it's not as snug as before. I tried to fix by sewing the eyelet & also using hot glue but my hopes aren't high for it staying attached for long. I just hope the other cheaply made fastener stays attached. ... show more
