Description

Season after season, the 1350 Arctix Men's Essential Insulated Bib Overalls serve as an outstanding value priced snow bib and a versatile cornerstone of the Arctix line. These pants feature a 100% Polyester Dobby shell with ThermaLock W/R + W/P 3000mm Coating, offering a maximum degree of durability and protection from the elements, while allowing a full range of motion. 85 grams ThermaTech Insulation offers warmth in a lightweight, low bulk garment, keeping you warm at temperatures from -20° to +35° depending on your level of activity. DWR finish (Durable Water Repellent) helps repel water from fabric surface. The adjustable comfort suspenders provide the perfect fit with elasticized side gussets for maximum motion. The boot zippers make them easy for on and off access along with boot gaiters with grippers to form a seamless integration with the boots to keep the warmth in, and the moisture out. These relaxed fit pants also include 600 Denier Ballistic reinforced ankle, scuff and hem guards to hold up against daily wear & tear, and conveniently has an O-ring for keys, gloves and/or lift tickets. The pants provide zippered hand warmer style pockets, are water and wind resistant, and are machine washable.

I bought these too wear this winter on my motorcycle. The color stood out to me, because I rotate nights and days and the yellow helps with visibility. The fit, perfect. I'm tall (6ft) and slender and they fit me absolutely perfectly. I love the fact that you put thicker material around the ankles (that exhaust gets hot and has melted FroggToggs) and this will definitely keep that from happening to these. With the price I paid, I was a little worried about the quality, but they seem to be very very durable. I wish I had them with our last cold snap when the temperatures dropped into the low 30's. (I realize that isn't that cold too some of y'all, but I'm in the south). Now, too get my motorcycle back from the shop and get back on the road. I am a larger man at 6'4" and around 340 lbs. I had struggled with finding a pair of bib style snow pants that were comfortable and did not feel like they were going to crush parts of me or rip when bending over or playing in the snow with my kids or students. These have taken that fear away. They are comfortable, durable, and most importantly, keep me warm and dry when out in the snow. They have quickly become my main pair of snow pants that I use for both work and for home. They fit easily over ski boots, and are roomy enough to effectively move, roll, and ski in the winter. Nice color, not bright and fits well. Flexibility is good for skiing at a intermediate level. There is a sticker that is applied to the bibs that leaves its glue on the fabric and is a pain to remove, one star off for that. Its priced right for what it is.

This product is great so far...haven't tried in the cold yet....I would order 1 size up....they fit fine for size but not much room for any layers if you want them...so far I'm liking them....

We have solid colored ones we use for winter, but bought these to go camping/fishing. They were very comfortable and kept us warm throughout the night. It is also water resistant which was a plus since we were camping at the beach. My husband is 6'1" about 220lbs and the XL fit him perfectly. He was able to squat in them when tying his lines and also also to run in them if his pole went off. It was also loose enough to wear swim shorts underneath so you could just use them as an overall. I bought the Large in men's and it was more comfortable than the women's cut. I am 5'4" about 180 lbs and it fits comfortably as well. Some reviews mentioned issues with ripping around the leg area, but we were fine doing all the things we needed to do with no rips or tears. They lasted almost the entire ski season before beginning to rip at the seams in two different places (~25 days chasing my six-year-old down ski hills). They are reasonably comfortable and warm. I had to wear extra layers on the days that were below 10 degrees. Overall, I'm happy with what I got out of them for the price, and might even consider getting another pair for next season if my size goes on sale. But I will research other options for the upcoming season and will certainly consider spending more on a pair that could last more than a single season. ... show more
