This is the first freezer I have ever bought, so my knowledge is...limited I guess. What I can say with certainty based on my own experience is that overall it exactly what I wanted. It's a good size, it is big enough to store what I wanted to store and small enough I can move it around alone, the price is right, it doesn't hike my electricity bill, the temperature control doesn't give me any problems...It's only been about a year so I can't speak to how long it will last, just that it still works perfectly. The only thing I can even say about this is that even slightly negative is that it came slightly dented, but I think that just gives it character...actually now that I think about it, the freezer came earlier than expected too so...yeah good product, and so far worth the money. ... show more

Delivery arrived a few days before expected so that was a nice surprise. Light weight unit. Meets the size of freezer I needed. Quiet operation and have it now after a few months about half full and minimal frost to scrap away near top. So far very happy with purchase and would recommend.

As you can see from the photo the Arctic King 7.0 cf chest Freezer has settled right in it feels like it's been here for years it was so easy to setup didn't cause one distraction easy breezy lightweight your grandmother could carry it up a flight of stairs I don't know what most people paid I paid 198 it arrived when it said it arrived damage free I can tell you how often I'm as happy about getting something and it does what it says 2 hours Frozen like a rock if I could think of a bad thing to say it I still wouldn't. That's how happy I am with it. And 5. that's how many times in my life I've been as happy buying something. Not to be confused with how many times I've been happy. Stay tuned. ... show more

Worthless freezer. It would shut off randomly and items would defrost. DO NOT TRUST THIS MIDEA COMPANY! When returning Amazon recommends contacting the manufacturer. Why is a choice even given? Contacting the manufacturer is a mistake. Returning this item turned into an absolute nightmare and my mom got conned out of her money. She has never gotten a refund and has a $300 worthless freezer taking up space. They say the return window has closed. She pays for that stupid prime membership for some reason and this is how she gets treated. Absurd. She said the whole process stressed her out until she gave up. They kept wanting more pictures and they kept dragging their feet until she decided to try to get try to get the refund through the seller but amazon says the return window has closed. Amazon has done nothing to make this right. ... show more

    • Producted recieved with dents in it
I like the freezer so far. However, it was damaged when we got it last week. It has 3 dents in the front of the freezer. Not enough I don't believe to have an affect on the operation but not thrilled about receiving a damaged product that I paid good money for. Edit....I contacted amazon about the damage and they credited the purchase to a gift card. The freezer seems to work well despite the dents. Fingers crossed ... show more

The chest freezer actually came way faster than the date I expected! I walked outside to see it waiting for me, & I was able to bring it in the house without stress, I am 106 pounds!! It was very light weight and unboxing was so easy ☺️ There was no damage, no dents, nothing! It looks so great in my house waiting for me to meal prep and store additional food! It is shiny and a lot larger than I expected too! This whole process has been phenomenal, I am so ecstatic to have this right now! And by the way, it is QUIET!     • Arrived ahead of schedule, easy to install, and no damage
I particularly like that the freezer arrived ahead of schedule and there was no damage, contrary to what others have reported. We purchased the black, which looks great in our garage, which has been converted into a combination art studio and bicycle repair, storage area. The freezer was lightweight and easy to move into place. The freezer has more than enough extra storage (so far) for three of us. I was concerned by some of the reviews that said there was damage, but am glad I took a chance anyway. ... show more
