The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful beginner plasma cutter. I was skeptical until doing some research and finding out that some are contact start the surface you are cutting has to be bare metal. This one can cut painted and rusted metal which is exactly what I needed. It’s easy to set up and worked perfectly first try. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great beginner plasma cutter at a great price!

I bought this machine to help offset the cost of buying acetylene bottle refills at $160.00 a pop. Still need the burning rig but the plasma cutter makes quick work of jobs too big for a grinder and too small for a torch. This machine looks to be decent quality (for the price) and was easy to assemble and use. I've only used it once with 110vac so far, it cut 1/4" plate with ease but kicked my 20a breaker. So to eliminate this problem I ran 2 dedicated circuits 1 - 110vac and 220vac circuit. Looking forward to trying the cutter on 220vac

I have had for 3 months now, works perfect, I am restoring a 47 Chev truck and this works great for cutting repair patches, the owners manual is pretty much useless, but there a Facebook pages and tons of videos. I added an extra air filter to mine, it is set 10 psi higher than the one on the machine. I use it on 220 only, I also bough a extension cord for it and a 3 way split so I don't have to keep unplugging and plugging between it and my MIG welder.

Pretty darn good for a cheap unit. You Better have a big air compressor and 220v available because it does not like 120v unless it’s on the minimal setting cutting thin metal. it also uses a lot of air. I have a 30 gallon compressor I wouldn’t recommend anything smaller than 15-20 . Light weight very portable cuts through 1/4 inch steel easy and easy to set up. I do wish the air hose was different though

I ordered this plasma cutter for a project that I had limited time to do, it arrived and right out of the box it wasn’t working right. It would shoot a blast arc out then just cut off. I called customer support from arc captain, they basically insinuated I didn’t have it plugged in or that I didn’t set it up right. I ended up sending it back to receive another through amazon. Fast forward to a couple days later when I get the new one in, I am now past time from when I was able to work on the project, so I had to leave it sitting for a couple weeks untill I had time to unbox it and start on my same project only to find this brand new one was doing the same thing the first one did. I am extremely frustrated and will be returning this to never buy another one… I recommend staying away from this product and brand. It’s one thing for one out of 1,000,000,000 to be faulty, but 2 in a row is ridiculous.
