Game play is fun and creative. Lots of challenges, never gets old. Amazingly solid build from top to bottom. Exterior graphics pop. Sound is solid. Feel is surprisingly authentic to real pinball. ONLY minor gripe is that the screen resolution of the play area is 720p. So a little pixelated but doesn't interfere with game play or enjoyment. Highly recommend -- as close to real pinball as you can get at a fraction of the price.

This is an awesome pinball machine. Highly recommend. So many great games to play and all the games have special things that it does. Love the graphics and sound quality is excellent. Very addicting. Can't say enough about how spectacular this machine is. Great shipping, easy to put together.

Made for an excellent gift. The cabinet was a little bit of a challenge to assemble alone. The lights and colors are excellent and the sounds are the exact quality you would expect. Decals on the cabinet are stunning quality. More reliable and less of a footprint than a real pinball machine. Also with a bit of technical knowledge and a computer the machine can easily be modified to add tables or swap out parts for improved functionality and quality. It's all in your hands how much extra time or money you want to sink into it.

I got the product delivered quickly and in great shape. The outside seems very well made, very sturdy and we looked forward to playing for a long time. The instructions to assemble were easy to follow and it didn't take long to put it together. The initial experience was great, albeit the display can be higher resolution as others have mentioned. However, we knew that going in, and purchased regardless of the 720p resolution. I'm sure 1080p/HD would be better. Unfortunately our joy lasted a few hours only at which point the main display started to show problems (flickering) and ultimately stopped working. As this is not a cheap product we didn't want to deal with support and warranty. Other folks state that the company is very willing to support customers, which I'm sure it's plausible, but I don't want to deal with a warranty process on day 1. We purchase games for joy, not to deal with support in order to make them work. I would not recommend this to anyone unless the company can significantly improve the software/electrical hardware side of the product, and more important guarantee at least 1-3y in flawless performance. The warranty is just 90 days now, and that should've been a big warning sign, which is ridiculous for the type of product and the cost of the product. The company should fix the issues and be comfortable offering a minimum 3y warranty, for SW/HW, and show confidence it their own product.

Where do I start? I was so excited to come across these somewhat affordable pinball machines with Arcade 1Up. Online and YouTube reviews looked solid, so I pulled the trigger and ordered it. It went together mostly fine (like Ikea furniture), but as I was assembling it, I noticed more and more defects and cosmetic issues. See pictures. Scratch on the chrome on top, near right flipper, scuffed marquee image, one screw that is lined up but absolutely will not go in any further (inset receiving nut/threads are shot), side of machine's image in corner is scratched and edges peeling badly. Also, the main top glass was not aligned with the black part (between the two flippers), it had about a 1-inch gap that allowed debris, and bits of Styrofoam inside the main play area. So I had to take it apart, clean and try to "pop" the glass back in. Finally, the right side screw hole that holds the chrome molding in place is stripped, so the screw just dangles and the chrome is loose. This is where you put your right hand and it's annoying to feel a loose screw and moving chrome as you play. Not impressed at all with any type of quality control going on at Arcade 1Up. The playability is nice and fun, no complaints there. This is my first Arcade 1Up machine, and I have the Deluxe Galaga and Atari 50 cabinets on order... but now I'm thinking of canceling. Too much hassle to box up and return the Star Wars pinball for some cosmetic flaws... not worth the price. BTW, I left this same review on Arcade 1Up's website for this product and they have yet to post it... hmmm....

I am a lover of pinball. I have 3 regular machines already. I fully intended to assemble the Star Wars machine, play a few games and then pack it back up for return. That did not happen, as I love it! It has a good variety of boards to play with varying degrees of difficulty. The only down side if that you don't know what the screen is saying because you can't take your eye off the ball for second or its gone.
