I am 5’9” 190 lbs. it recommended an XL long. These pants were huge. I returned them and ordered a medium long. They fit perfectly. I never get a medium but they were a good snug fit. I do a lot of bending walking and they seem like they will do great. The waste band did slide a little. They are comfortable and cute. And so thankful to be able to get some length !!!!

When i started working at a hospital I spend hundreds of dollars on dogs scrubs because they were the trendy options and looked great on the “ideal” body type for a woman… but I struggled with those scrubs because I could never get the right fit on pants… I discovered these on Amazon and gave them a try.. they are amazing!! I’m never going back to the expensive brands! So comfortable, flattering fit, and great for when you are running around because the fabric isn’t too thick and your legs can breathe.. but they also keep you warm inside the cold hospital. 10/10 I never write reviews but I am just so happy with my purchase, I finally feel confident and even sexy wearing scrubs! I bought the iflex top as well and it’s perfect. fyi for measurements I’m 5’5 and around 150lbs… the small pant and top is perfect fitting not too loose or tight! Can’t wait to buy more pairs

Put them on to wear to work today and fell in love immediately. FOUR nice pockets - two high where normal pockets are, and two larger lower @mid-thigh. Super comfortable and stretchy but not baggy. Dressier than I expected - so can pass as closer to business casual. I am 5ft & 4.5 inches and the legs are almost on the edge of being too long. If you are shorter, you might have to hem up a bit. Came home tonight and added 3 more to my cart.

These are incredibly stretchy and the waistband is soft and comfortable. Only complaint is that they’re a little big in the waist and the elastic isn’t very snug, but I think I’m sticking with this size to keep the room in the hips/butt area. For reference I got a size small, I’m 5’2, 135lbs and usually am a 26-27in waist in pants and almost always a size small. The hip pockets are deeper than I’d assumed which is nice and the quality is great.

These scrubs are perfect! Not too stiff, have the perfect amount of stretch. The pants fit great, I just wish there was a string on the waste band but they still fit great without it. The top is amazing as well. Will he re purchasing when needed!

Perfect fit, stretchy and slinky fabric. It is pretty thin fabric so I have to wear seamless underwearto avoid lines showing, but the comfort is worth it.

These pants fit well and are really comfortable. The elastic waist is soft and doesn’t bunch or scratch. There are plenty of pockets. They are easy to wash and don’t get wrinkles.

I ordered a size petite Large based on cherokee's size chart plus the reviews here which said that these run big. I am 154 lbs. 5 ft 4 in (long torso, short legs). 35in at natural waist 45 in. at fullest part of hips ( so...big rear). in blue jeans usually a size 14. If you look at the size chart I would be at the tippy top of the chart for a Large. Normally I would size up because I do not want my scrub bottoms tight, but based on the reviews here I went ahead and ordered the Large. The large fits ....okay. The large is a bit large even though I like my pants loose, but I am afraid the medium would be too small for my liking. Because there is no drawstring, and the pants are a little big. The waistband tends to slide down my hips. It is plumber butt waiting to happen. The length is perfect. The fabric is a nice texture, but the fabric is thin,and pockets seem very flimsy. The fabric has some stretch, but less than I was expecting for 6% spandex. If you have a long torso like me, and are concerned about these being "mid-rise" these had enough room from waist to crotch to accommodate my ample rear without riding up in the saddle. That being said, they made my already wide behind look even wider because of where the waistband sits. If you are wearing a tunic style scrub top it would not matter, but if you like to tuck your shirt in, it might look strange. For the price I will most likely return them. Hope this helps someone else....cheers!
