I really like the Aquaphor Baby Healing Balm Stick. The formula works very well for protecting and soothing my baby’s delicate skin. It is convenient, mess-free, and much easier to carry than a traditional ointment container. The balm applies smoothly and helps with dry areas, irritation, and sensitive skin. I appreciate that it is easy to use and doesn’t require getting product on my fingers, which makes it very practical for quick applications. My only complaint is the shape of the stick. I wish it had a more ergonomic design because the balm is a little too thick, making it harder to apply precisely on smaller areas like a baby’s face or small irritated spots. This stuff is amazing! From baby to toddler this is our go to. It’s small enough to fit nicely in my diaper bag. I can use it for diaper rash, cuts, etc and it works well. I love how convenient and mess-free this balm stick is for quick applications on dry cheeks or chin. It moisturizes really well thanks to the avocado oil and shea butter. My only note is that the stick is quite a bit smaller than I expected it to be. A must have! I like Aquaphor over regular Vaseline because it seems to glide over my baby’s skin better. It’s simply not as thick or sticky. It’s pricey but worth it and I love that it can be purchased with an HSA/FSA. I use it sparingly over my baby’s skin because he is shedding his newborn skin. This seems to help remove the shedding dead skin so it’s not just dry sitting and waiting to be peeled. As soon as I apply this product, the dead skin softens and comes right off. Also works as a diaper cream to prevent rash, but I don’t use the balm for that. I’m not sure that I like the alcohol in this product; however, it’s not a lot and I didn’t notice any drying effects. This stick balm allows for easy application just like when old school moms used to put spit on their child’s dry spots (ew). This works much better, IMO. A quick swipe on my baby’s dry face or in dry spots is wonderful. It’s basically the healing ointment in stick form. The color is clear, fragrance and chemical dye free. I like that the stick has shea butter and avocado oil. Kudos for that. Overall, a staple product for your nursery. I definitely will be keeping this on hand. Love all the Aquaphor Baby products and use them as well. Definitely a trusted brand. ... show more
