These are extremely well packaged, to begin with. There thin glass, which will be nice to use for company. Sort of impressive, not huge clunky glass. I have not risked using in microwave, but clean up; n dishwasher just fine. My only quibble? I'm used to a B-I-G mug. These are exactly one cup size, which isn't going to he my every day go-to. Still, nice.

For us coffee affectionafos, a perfectly formed cup is as important as a favorite cereal bowl was when we were kids. I've been using these 20 oz. mugs for a month now. I wanted a mug16 ozs or greater. These 20 oncers are proving to be the perfect size for me. I'm particularly pleased with the shape and the glass thickness. The handle is not too thick or too thin and appears sufficiently secure to the body of the mug. The mug is both comfortable to hold and the handle sufficiently thermally isolated from the mug's body. No chips or scratches after a month of daily use. The purchase of these mugs has completely turned my life around . I'm sure it will do the same for you 😊.

I'd need to admit - when I received them, I thought they were too small and would be difficult to clean, so made few attempts to return them but was unsuccessful. After the return window closed, I decided I'd gift them but broke my current mug, so ended up using these. Am I glad or what? They are excellent, lightweight, fit my coffee/tea warmer, and even my big hand can comfortably get in and wash it perfectly. Perfect mugs!

There's not much to not like about these mugs! My girlfriend and I love drinking our coffee out of clear glass mugs. These are sturdy, large 20 oz mugs which is great for us, since we love coffee and it helps not having to start brewing a second batch of coffee (I grind the beans, weigh the grounds, and use a pour over method using Hario V60 ceramic pour over). The ONLY issue is that it can be a bit difficult at times to fit them properly in the dishwasher, top rack, but that's minor.

I love the look.of these mugs but they are thing. I was afraid of breaking them. They also tend to get rings in the glass that are hard to get off after washing in the dishwasher Overall I love them and would recommend them
