Arrived in Original Apple packaging with no marks; it seems original, "pairs" and works as expected.
The keyboard and mouse arrived in LIKE-NEW condition packaged in what appeared to be original Mac boxing, including original paperwork, lightening cable, even the cleaning cloth in the original plastic. Not a scratch front or back on the mouse or keyboard. As a long-time Mac user, I was impressed. Everything worked with a quick charge out of the box. Because the Magic Mouse available in stores does not work with older Mac's limited to OS 13 (Ventura) operating system, despite the claims, buying this keyboard-mouse combination was a huge plus. Despite the ad here reading "Renewed," the boxed set sent to me looks and feels brand new.

Charger is endless
As someone who has worked in IT, I understand the importance of having high-quality peripherals to ensure productivity, and the Apple Wireless Magic Keyboard 2 (MLA22LL/A) and Apple Magic Bluetooth Mouse 2 (MLA02LL/A) have exceeded my expectations. I’ve been using this combo for several months now, and they have significantly improved my workflow. The Magic Keyboard 2 is incredibly slim and lightweight, yet feels solid and durable. The keys are well-spaced and responsive, offering a satisfying typing experience even during long hours of work. The low-profile design reduces wrist strain, and the built-in rechargeable battery is a fantastic feature—I can go weeks on a single charge. The seamless Bluetooth connection makes pairing a breeze, and there’s no lag during use. It’s ideal for anyone who values precision and comfort. The Magic Mouse 2 is equally impressive. Its sleek, minimalist design fits comfortably in my hand, making it perfect for extended use. The multi-touch surface is a standout feature, allowing me to scroll, swipe, and navigate with ease. Like the keyboard, the mouse has a rechargeable battery, which eliminates the hassle of replacing batteries frequently. The connection is reliable, and the performance is smooth across different applications. This keyboard and mouse combo is perfect for IT professionals, creatives, or anyone who values high-performance tools. The build quality, reliability, and elegant design make them worth every penny. If productivity and comfort are your priorities, I highly recommend this set—it’s an investment you won’t regret.

It works
I have a M1 Macbook Air, but I use it as both a standalone laptop, as well as a desktop (I connect it to 4K TV using HDMI cable - please note that M1 MacBook Air only comes with two USB C hookups, so you will need expanded hubs to hookup to most HD TVs). I had an old Mac mini that, over the years, slowed relative to each new OS upgrade. It is no longer supported from the standpoint of OS...just security upgrades, so I got the M1 MacBook Air as a replacement. I love the new M series chip and the laptop itself. It is a considerable upgrade from Intel. What doesn't work with this setup are wireless keyboard/mouses. For example, I had an existing wireless Logitech MK470 Keyboard and Mouse. It worked, but only to an extent of maybe two feet away, which is not a productive setup. It worked fine with the Mac mini. I tried an upgraded Logitech MX bluetooth combo and while that worked better, reconnecting after power saving shutdowns was not always fluid. Sometimes I had to reboot. So I opted for the Apple Magic Combo and that is working seamlessly. Granted, this is a renewal/refurbished purchase and is cheaper than new (though not cheaper than Logitech - the MX model is expensive), but it is working fine. In point of tact, it is the ONLY product that works in the way I am using it and also works with the Mac mini seamlessly as well. Charges for both last about a week. It takes a few hours to charge each. I only have it for a month, so I cannot judge longer term quality, but, at present, it presented the best solution for how I am using this equipment. As for the laptop, I have always owned Apple equipment, including the original Macintosh. In terms of speed and efficiency, it is an amazing machine. I hope everything last for a few years.

Buyer beware, not excellent condition. Not even good condition. Used, certainly not refurbished.
Bought the “excellent” condition refurbished keyboard and mouse. They had dirt on them, showed signs of heavy use, scratches and gouges on both the bottom of the mouse and the sides/edges of the keyboard. The white keyboard was off white due to dirt. Do not expect a refurbished item, they are just straight up USED. Showed up in plastic bags, no box. STAY AWAY. Should have just bought them brand new but thought based on the excellent condition I’d receive “like new.” Not even close. Returning it before I even use it.

Like New for Half the Price — Excellent Bundle
I was happily surprised by this bundle. Both the keyboard and mouse arrived in excellent condition — honestly no noticeable difference compared to buying brand new at double (or more) the price. Setup was quick, everything paired easily, and both feel smooth and responsive in daily use. It’s rare to get this level of quality and value together. Plus, it’s great knowing I’m supporting a small business instead of a big retailer. Excellent experience overall — would absolutely purchase again.

Devices work as expected, lightening cables were not authentic
I am happy with the keyboard and mouse - the do appear to be authentic Apple devices and work as expected. The lightening cables, however, were definitely not authentic Apple cables. The inside of the USB end of an Apple lightening cable has 4 gold colored metal connection points, the cables that came with my keyboard and mouse have 4 silver colored metal connection points. The cables also never fully charged the keyboard and mouse and were very difficult to stick into both devices. My Apple lightening cables fit much better into both the keyboard and mouse and fully charged both. Also, the graphic on the supplied cables is darker in color, and not as crisp in appearance as an authentic Apple lightening cable. In general, the price for these devices made them worth it. However, it would have been nice to also get authentic cables - it's always nice to have backups.
