Got this as a Renewed Premium and honestly pretty impressed. Arrived today, battery was at 95% and there are zero scratches on it. Wore it for a spin bike session same day and it tracked everything great. I've owned a few other Apple watches in the past, so connecting and setting up was very straightfoward like always. One heads up though: the included charger is not a genuine Apple charger (at least mine wasn't) and it charges incredibly slow. Just use your own Apple charger and you'll be fine. "I ordered this Apple Watch Ultra 2 (Renewed Premium) and I have to say the device itself exceeded my expectations. It arrived in flawless condition, with no scratches and exactly 100% battery health. The hardware is basically brand new. However, the generic band included in the package arrived completely broken and unusable. I contacted Amazon Customer Service hoping for a simple partial refund or a replacement band. Surprisingly, they absolutely refused. Their only "solution" was for me to return the entire package. It makes zero sense to risk returning a perfectly functioning, pristine Ultra 2 just because of a cheap, defective generic accessory. I am keeping the watch because finding one in this condition is rare, but be warned: the accessories are low quality and the Renewed customer service offers zero flexibility if something small goes wrong." ... show more

    • Watch is good--band and charger are terrible
The watch is in very good condition and the battery health shows 89%--fine, but not amazing. That said, coming from the regular Apple Watch, the battery life on this feels great. Now for the bad parts: the "fast charger" doesn't fast charge. It is as cheap as they come and doesn't do the job as advertised. Secondly, the band broke the first time I tried to switch it up for left handed use. The metal "tab" that locks the band pops right out without any provocation--useless. So, I would give the watch itself 5 stars, but 1 star for the accessories. ... show more

Honestly I did not have high hopes for refurbished, especially reading some reviews that mentioned poor battery life on other renewed models but this has surpassed all expectation! It came with a 100% new battery, beautiful display with no chips or scratches, no dings, absolutely stunning. The charger is a bit slow, but I got a different charger for my desk anyway so it doesn’t bother me. Quality has been fantastic. Would purchase this again! ... show more

A few very minor scratches. Band and charger were aftermarket. I wasn’t expecting the scratches or the band issue for something rated as Premium. The watch itself is great. I started a chat on 7/15 to ask about the fake band. I was told they would do a partial refund so I can purchase an authentic band. I didn’t receive the refund so I started another chat on 7/22 only to be told I was provided incorrect information and I would have to return the whole watch. Too much hassle at this point. extremely happy with this renewed Apple Watch Ultra. It arrived in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches, and it looked almost brand new. The battery life has been great, and all the features work perfectly, including GPS, cellular, and fitness tracking. The titanium case feels premium, and the blue Ocean Band is comfortable and secure, whether I’m working out or wearing it every day. Setup was quick, and it paired with my iPhone without any issues. For a renewed product, this is an incredible value. I saved a lot of money compared to buying new while getting a watch that performs like new.     • High Risk/High (or, SUPER High?) Reward Purchase
Amazon Renewed — what a “high risk/high reward” type of purchase. I was debating on buying through the Apple refurbished store, and even with a military discount, taxes, and add in Apple Care, I’m close to the price of the most current gen (Ultra 3) in price. The renewed watches do not give the option for Apple Care, though some may come with it already on it (mine did not), look at the warranty program through Amazon—365 DAYS! You’re getting that through the purchase of the watch at no extra cost. For the best purchase experience I’d scroll to the bottom of the item purchase screen and see who the seller/shipper is. I went through Amazon as the seller and shipper so I could go through them if I wanted to return. Now, the high risk/high reward. With taxes I paid less than half the price of an ultra 3. However, even going with the “Premium” renewed line, you never know what is going to come in the box. But with the 365 return period it would definitely be worth the risk. It comes with a third party charger and a lot of the times the battery as dead—WOOIE I can’t believe people complain about this. I already had the charger so it was not a concern of mine. The excitement of getting it delivered was a little unhealthy, I really didn’t know if there’d be scratches/scuffs, or what the battery health of the device would be at. I receive the package, open it up, the body of the device is near PERFECT! Okay, check 1. Next was the most important check. This would determine if I would keep it or send it back, or if I would be able to have this for 6 years like my Series 5 watch. I pair it (you must have an iPhone for the Ultras), charge it, and nervously go to view the battery health….99%!!!! This is a near brand new device that cost me half the price. Doesn’t this sound like a high risk/high reward? If you’re in the market, go here and get the “Premium” condition and follow the steps I laid out. You may get a beater, but hey, return it and try again and save yourself several hundred dollars. Buy a ESR screen protector that protects the plateau where the screen is. I can’t even tell I have one on. These watches last for days on a single charge, have a massive screen (49 MM) and can look extremely classy, athletic, or even chill with the multiple band types. If this helps and you’re leaning towards yes, do it. Take the risk like you would a card pack and see what you get. You may pull yourself a holo Charizard! ... show more
