I'm going into this review with the full knowledge that this will NOT serve as much protection for your iPad. I knew that when purchasing this for my mom for Mother's Day. She had just bought me the smart cover for my iPad, which I love, so I wanted to return the favor. She's been going caseless on her iPad for awhile because she grew sick of her bulky case. This folio is great when you just want a nice cover for your iPad that also doubles as a solid stand. She loves that it just snaps on, and adds very little to the bulk of her iPad. Yes, it was expensive, and I would recommend trying to get this at a cheaper price if possible, but the quality is lovely and we'll definitely buy again for future iPads.

This is a smart looking protective cover for the iPad Pro. It lends protection and durability to the iPad, giving charging access to the Apple Pencil as well. Given as a gift for a new iPad, the recipient was very pleased with this cover. It arrived on time, packed well and is easy to attach and use everyday. Hope this helps.

This is my not my favorite Apple Case as I have always had the Apple cases that snuggles the ipad and covers the ipad edges. I find not having the corners covered DOES NOT give the protection needed. This ipad case does not reflect the Apple quality that I have experienced in the past. I really loved the older Apple ipad cases that fit all around the ipad it was great but all this is an Apple thing ! Delivery was great - case was in excellent condition and was in the original box. It made me feel better about the purchase price (due to second chance price) since the it does not give the protection as prior Apple cases.

I used to have a smart cover for my old ipad and loved it. When I upgraded to my 11 inch Ipad Pro, i was enouraged to get a sturdy case with space for the Apple Pencil. I bought a great case that was attractive and good protection for the ipad. But it was heavy, and the foldback cover would keep unfolding... it took away from the pleasure of the iPad. I looked long and hard for a smart cover, but it seems like they're not being made for the 11" Pro. I finally gave in and bought the smart folio. It is almost as pleasant and light as the smart cover. I am relieved to use it and so prefer the folding top. I took away 1 star, however, as the edges are quite sharp. I hope they will become softer with use. Bottom line, it's a good buy for those who use the ipad in and around the living room and not lugging it around campus or office where something sturdier would be more appropriate.

When it comes to protecting my apple tablets, I always stick with apple products. I don’t use and abuse them so I don’t need thick cases and the folio cases are nice looking, magnetic, and easy to remove and replace when I’m using it. Spend the extra few bucks, get the certified apple products.

Love the look and feel or Apple’s folio cases. Simple, lightweight, and provides some alright protection if you’re someone who doesn’t like setting their bare iPad on surfaces.
