My little one didn’t like this right away. We got to about 8 weeks before she would go in it. Now she loves it. Some of the reviews I read talked about this swinging off balance at the higher speeds. Like other reviewers, I found that there is actually a solution to this. When it swings at the higher speeds, the legs get moved slightly. When the legs are adjusted it settles the swing back to a smooth motion. We put our swing on a foam mat and no longer face the issue at all. I image that you wouldn’t notice this if you have carpet where the swing sits. I’m happy with the variety in swing speeds and in music. It’s not the normal lullaby music that you might have gotten tired of if you are anything like me. I don’t actually mind the music when it’s on. My baby seems to like it as well. I misunderstood what it meant when it says the toys come off. I thought it meant that just the little toys could be unattached for baby to play with. The whole piece with the toys attached actually comes off. This is pretty nice for putting baby in and getting her out. This folds up so easily and is a great space saver. It’s the reason I purchased it and it does exactly what it’s meant to. I love this feature! A few things I noticed that I don’t necessarily like, but that also don’t make me regret this purchase: 1. The music volume only goes one direction. To clarify, you have to keep trying the music volume up In order to turn it off or to cycle back to a lower volume. 2. I didn’t really face too much trouble with assembly, but I did think the leg attachment instructions were unclear. I read a review where a woman talked about the infant basically tipping out of the seat - it makes me wonder if she managed to assemble it incorrectly. Just pay attention to the details of the instructions. 3. I wish that the swing wouldn’t stop if the timer isn’t set, but it does eventually. It’s not a big deal, but I like to keep the swing going when my baby is napping. One thing I will say about the swinging motion is that it slowly builds up to speed and it slowly swings back to stop. There is no sudden starting and stopping, so besides feeling the change in motion enough to move during a nap, my baby doesn’t usually wake all the way up when it starts or stops. 4. There is supposed to be an additional sit/recline angle, but I have no idea how it would work. The weight of the baby wouldn’t allow the seat to sit up from what I can tell. I’m not interested in it being an upright seat swing since my baby sleeps in it, but if that’s why you are buying it, I’m not sure you will get what you are looking for. 5. The swing itself makes a noise. It’s not completely silent. You shouldn’t expect it to be either, but it makes more noise than expected. Still not bad. The rhythmic noise doesn’t wake up my baby. Overall I like this swing and would recommend it to friends.

OKAY--- it is beyond ADORABLE, and for all swing-purposes, it does its job. For the negatives: Here I bought it thinking it was easily portable... nope. I guess it is portable, but it certainly isn't easy to move around. If something is portable, it should have HANDLES! In order to move the swing, you have to carry it on the only part of the swing that doesn't move, which is the part where everything is connected on the sides- okay, these things are big with no natural place to hold since they are basically round and wide, so you struggle trying to carry it. The buttons to close the legs in often stick and won't pop in for the legs to collapse, making it harder to move. Plus the legs don't collapse that far in. I thought they should have made the toy bar the handle as well since it sits in the top middle which is a good grabbing point, especially if you want to carry it with one hand. But you can't carry this with one hand because there isn't really anywhere to hold it. If you do try carrying it with one hand, it flops to the side and the legs and seat just bounce against you. The toy bar is easily detachable which I guess it needs to, otherwise your baby's head keeps hitting it when you take them in and out of it. Though it also can fall out easily when putting it in and taking it out of the car. Not sure why they think this is portable just because it is considered smaller than other swings because it doesn't have any other characteristics of something being portable. No handles, no way to secure parts from moving around, too wide to carry with one hand. IF you aren't necessarily buying this to tote back and forth around your house or the car, then it is an adorable and small swing. Just be cautious that since it is low to the ground, if you have a tall baby, their feet will be on the floor before they reach the weight limit, thus you won't be able to use it as long as you may have hoped
