I got mine in all white with my white iPhone XR and I must say that design is sheer perfection, you can tell that Apple put a lot of effort in designing this extra battery case, I like the thickness, the weight of it and how it easily connects to my phone. Great battery case for my phone battery that’s starting to degrade. White looks sleek, but can get dirty very quickly. Battery takes quite some to charge, but that is of expected. Great thing is this was on a deal, so overall a great value!

When i first opened the case it had a large dirty spot that covered a 3rd of the case and a scratch in the case. I did not order an used case, I ordered a new one. Additionally, the case would mot charge. I tried charging with my phone in it and without my phone but it would never charge. Had to return and just bought the case from the apple website instead and had a way better experience. ... show more

My husband purchased one of these at the Apple storewhen he purchased his iphone. I decided to order a different battery case off Amazon for alot less money. 6 months later mine is cracked, heavy and wont hold a charge. Needless to say I ordered this for myself. This is a Genuine apple product as far as I could tell. I charge my phone nightly and I usually still have about 1.5 times battery life when I got to charge! It is a lifesaver when i go on vacation or outings and take alot of pictures and videos. I used to carry portable chargers with me but no more- love this thing! I was concerned the white would show everything but I find that everything wipes easily off the silicone and it has held up really well ... show more

Believe me, if the case wasn't on sale when I got it I would’ve gone without. I do like the battery life it gives, can go for about 12-16hrs just on the case itself, after that I still have the phone’s battery. It does feel nice and sturdy on the phone, however it now looks worn after 1 month and dirties really easily ... show more

I was really excited about receiving this product, and I thought the price was even better. However, On the back of the case, there was bumps in the silicone. I loved everything about this case, but for $100 I expect things to be flawless. Not sure if this was refurbished or not. I'll definitely be buying one straight from Apple next time. I wanted this because I thought I needed it. I had wrong idea how it worked. It recharges the main battery on your iPhone. But, you only need this if you have no ability to plug iPhone into a charger.
