The media could not be loaded. I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it. At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews. People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones. But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it. It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things. It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one. Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind. In the long run I think it’s better cuz I'm not stressing myself out over the number getting low. The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product. It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep. Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone. I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it. I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity. And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for: 1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length. and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea. Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches. It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God. I ordered this to be my lowkey trap phone, wasn’t gonna take it seriously at all. What I got was nothing close to what some of y’all have gotten. This phone is in brand new/pristine condition. No scratches found on the screen, back glass, no dents or scratches on the frame. The phone itself works beautifully, I was able to activate it, the Face ID works, all the cameras work, the mic, there’s literally nothing wrong with it. It also came in its original box with its original accessories included. Hear this: the battery capacity is at 100%. I was shocked lol. I actually loved this phone so much, for the last 2 weeks it has actually been my main phone. It works, looks, and feels beautifully. The value is amazing. I sold my iPhone 14 pro and downgraded to iPhone XS max for nostalgic reasons. I got it from the seller, Promo Dealz and the phone arrived just in 2 days via FedEx. The phone is in good condition overall, but has some scuff marks around the side and on the back. The screen is in great condition and the battery capacity came in at 91%. Face ID works fine and the side buttons work fine. I really like this iPhone XS max. It's thin and easy to hold with the round body, even thought it's bigger than iPhone 14 pro. The glass back with smaller cameras looks elegant and expensive. I will use this phone as my everyday phone for a long time! ... show more

I was very skeptical about ordering a iPhone from Amazon Renewed but I decided to do it. It was in almost perfect condition the only type of wear on it was around the speakers and charging port where you could see a case had been at one point. The screen was perfect without any scratches which really surprised me. The phone look almost brand new. The only think I wasn’t extremely happy about was how it was packaged. It was in a phone box with bubble wrap around the iPhone and that was the only type of protection it had. But rather than that it is a great product. The shipping was very fast I got it in 4 days. If your not for sure about buying it just do it. And even if it not in good condition you can return like my sister did because it wasn’t in very good condition and they sent her a new one and if I didn’t know better I would have said it was brand new. ... show more

I was so afraid that it would be a waste of money but so far I am very pleased with my experience. I ordered an IPhone XS Max silver with 256 gs. Upon appearance the phone looked completely fine. There were no scratches/cracks on the front or back. The screen works perfect fine, the phone itself is super fast and I had no problems setting it up. The only thing I noticed was a few scuff marks on the metal band on the edges of the phone but nothing noticeable you’d have to be looking hard to notice. The phone came unlocked as I ordered. I was able to put my phone service on this phone no problems. The gigabits were correct (256), Face ID is smooth and fast. I have no complaints about my new phone I absolutely LOVE it! I also ordered from the regular renewed not premium. The battery capacity is at 81%. The only complaint I may have is when I got the phone it was already turned on, and the batter percent was at 50%. Other than that the shipping came UBER fast. I was expected to get my package on the 12th of October but I got it on the 7th instead. Everything exceeded my expectations. From the delivery time to the overall condition and performance of the phone. Originally Amazon said that the package would arrive in 5 days but it was delivered in 2 days. The phone is basically in mint condition and is very responsive. I ordered the unlocked version so all I had to do was switch my sim card from my old phone and everything was good to go.
