I needed an iOS 18 device, and the iPhone XS was the newest I could obtain without being forced to iOS 26. I’ll start with a few bad things that would have been a problem if this device wasn’t such a low $170 shipped: 1. The display turns yellow-green below 5% brightness. I keep the brightness higher and use Reduce White Point to avoid the ugly tinge. 2. The screen is brand-new, but came with a few light scuffs. Slight bummer when it could have been avoided. I also had to clean a bit of adhesive off with a toothpick from the screen install. 3. The frame came with a ton of scratches despite “excellent” condition. Despite these issues, here’s why I reviewed 5 stars: 1. Brand-new OLED screen. They didn’t cheap out with an LCD. I don’t even know how they did this at such a low price point. 2. OEM battery at 95% health. This could have just been luck, but I’m thrilled 3. After using a cape cod pad to polish the stainless steel frame, it truly is excellent condition. I attached before and after photos of the frame here. 4. Brand-new charger included Again, the pricing undercuts everyone. I truly don’t know how they refurbished an iPhone XS Max for only $170. My seller was “Electronic Deals” and it shipped from New York.

This Iphone XS Max works as intended, really easy to setup if you are coming from a older gen version. Everything on mine works well, and overall cosmetics are in perfect condition. Looks like the previous owner had a case on and installed (still on) screen protector. At first glance the battery life indicated 100% health, after a day of usage it dropped to about 92%. Not a big deal, its a used phone, if it need be you can always replace the battery if you want. Coming from the 6S the XS outperforms by a long shot. I get about 8 hours of mixed screen time per charge, which should last you throughout the day with one charge. I thought I would miss Touch ID/fingerprint but the FaceID works very well. And the lack of AUX port is unfortunate but I come to realize bluetooth technology sounds a lot better than the ones years ago. The thing is you might get one with blemishes or different battery life, it all depends on the seller so make sure to check their description. Otherwise this is a good phone, I just wished my refurbished unit had a new battery,

The battery life is solid, the screen is clean, and performance is still fast for everyday use. Being fully unlocked is a huge plus. I bought the phone on October 26, 2024. It looked to be in like new condition so originally I was happy with the purchase. Within a couple weeks it started giving me black screen where the phone was on and working but the screen was black and I couldn't use it at all. I contacted Amazon and they connected me to The Networkstore who said they were willing to give me a PARTIAL REBATE which would not help at all since I would still need a new phone and it's clear to me that this phone was defective before I ever received it. The next morning the phone was back working normally and so (dummy me) I let it go. Long story short, the phone got worse and worse, taking longer to "fix itself" until right after the return date ended in 3 months the phone screen started flashing and going to black screen even worse and by January, the phone was mostly unusable. 3 months. Now it's just completely dead. The Networkstore told me when I first contacted them (when the black screen first happened) that if it continues happening, they would be willing to help (along with the PARTIAL REFUND). After the return date expired and I again contacted them, they told me that they only meant they would help me get the screen working again. I had already tried everything possible. It's clearly a damaged phone not a software problem. The phone is dead and nothing short of a replacement will fix this. I did nothing to damage the phone. It was put in a full case the minute it was unpacked and was never dropped or mistreated in any way. For the most part it just sat on my desk in my office. It's obvious to me that this phone was ready to go out when they sold it. I know buying a refurbished phone is a risk but I think we should be able to assume that any parts that could go bad have been replaced so although it is a used phone, the parts that can go bad have been replaced. This company obviously does not do that and I will never use them again. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company at all but if you do buy from them and your phone starts acting strange, contact them immediately and demand to return the phone. If you wait, you will lose your chance and will have wasted your money.

I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it. At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews. People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones. But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it. It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things. It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one. Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind. In the long run I think it’s better cuz I'm not stressing myself out over the number getting low. The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product. It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep. Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone. I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it. I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity. And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for: 1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length. and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea. Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches. It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God. But yea, all in all this was a great buy. 9/10, would definitely recommend <3

I used the Apple iPhone XS Max 64GB unlocked (renewed) and it still performs well for everyday use. The screen is large and clear. The 6.5 inch display makes browsing, videos, and social media easy to view. Colors stay sharp and the OLED panel still looks solid compared to newer phones. Performance handles basic tasks without issues. Calls, apps, and messaging run smoothly. It can slow down with heavy apps or newer updates, but for normal use it stays stable.
