Cheap, works perfectly, camera quality is AMAZING, came with a charger and a block, already had a screen protector on it, sound quality is great and definitely works for Metro by T-mobile SIM cards (I swapped my SIM card so I would know). One major downfall, I should’ve listened when people told me that this phone is famous for its battery life. The battery life drains dangerously quick. This phone is still going strong aside from the fact that it is not receiving updates to iOS 18 anymore. The quality of this phone was amazing. I have never had a problem with this phone. The battery has lasted. It is never left me in a bind. The media could not be loaded. Camera was scratched , phone comes with screen protector, works very well , sound is very hearable, when I first got it , it took a while for it to turn on, phone was not charged , the build quality took me an half hour, charging port works great fast charge. The seller rating of the product was "excellent" on Amazon website. 1-The phone volume doesn't work, people can hear you, but you cannot hear them.( solution seems to be using speakerphone).2- the phone goes idle while on call, and you can't see the screen. (So you can't go on speaker) 3 -When you touch the screen on iPhone, the phone will come on, (not this phone), not while on a call....Amazon need to stop selling us trash, unless you have your people verified and/or used the product; you can allow the rating of excellent to something that has 3 different problems. ... show more
