I bought a phone for my son and he was really looking forward to it. When we received the first phone, we noticed that it did not connect to Wi-Fi and returned it. The next day we received a new phone for exchange and saw that it had a screen protector that we did not order. It would be nice for us to get a phone with a screen protector and not pay money. The only thing is that there were air bubbles under the screen protector and most likely it will need to be replaced. And the phone works great and my child is happy ... show more

I was a little hesitant to buy a used phone from Amazon, but I'm glad I did. I was expecting some nicks and dents, but the phone came in perfect condition. It also functions like it's brand new. I've had the phone for a year now and I have not had any technical issues. My only complaint is that the battery life is a little subpar. I'm not sure if this is an issue with iPhones across the board (this is my first iPhone) or just with refurbished ones. After about a straight hour of use, it will be at half battery life. I was told to expect battery health to be 80% minimum and it was in the 70s.. i wasn’t happy about that and the sound is a bit warped at a certain volume.. other than that the phone is satisfactory and works like a dream.
