A COUPLE odd scratches on the screen that came with it, but hardly noticeable unless you are looking for slight flaws. The phone was in great condition (with the exception of one or two minor scratches) and easy to set up. However, the battery came with 81% maximum capacity. It will cost roughly another $90 to get the battery replaced, which I will have to do in the next few months. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this purchase. This is much cheaper than buying a brand-new phone from my provider, and I would recommend buying refurbished iPhones on Amazon. Just be aware of your battery health. ... show more

I feel like this phone was not cleaned up. There was fuzz and lint in the charging port the cord would not stay in properly until I clean it out. There was a residue on the screen from where it looked like some may have had a screen protector on it at one point. The phone looks and work’s as if it’s new. There are no scratches on the screen or back and it even has a screen protector installed which is a plus. I though it’d be slow since I’m using it temporarily since my iPhone 12 broke but it actually feels pretty fast.
