Nice phone, great purchase. I can’t tell it from new. Perfect condition, and 93% battery life remaining. And 1-year warranty and return policy? Can’t beat that! Changing from my wife’s old phone which was having problems (she got it wet), an SE gen 1, was pretty easy. Since it uses the same SIM card, I had no issues with AT&T and I didn’t have to go through a setup process. I wanted an unlocked phone like this one, because I’m considering going to T-Mobile in the near future. But I did have a couple of hiccups. One was that I couldn’t get the OS software to update. Then I read online that it may be necessary to insert the SIM card from the old phone before updating (which I had planned to do last) and that did the trick. Also, I tried to update the settings and apps through an iTunes restore process, but it wouldn’t recognize the new phone. However, they transferred successfully from the old phone using the built-in “direct” option via Bluetooth/WiFi. I would definitely buy this phone again. In fact, I will probably upgrade my own SE-1 phone.

I was very uncertain about purchasing a refurbished phone, but found myself needing to replace my phone quickly and it has been a really expensive month (water heater went out, needed some emergency dental work, and just purchased a new car) so was not looking forward to spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone unexpectedly. After reading product reviews, seller reviews and what the warranty was, I took the plunge and ordered a ‘premium’ grade phone. I have had the phone for a week now and could not be happier! The phone arrived on schedule, and looked brand new cosmetically - not a scratch on it! Mechanically it works perfectly, battery capacity was like 95%, and it charges quickly and holds a charge. Looks and acts like a brand new phone for half the price. I say, go for it!

I purchased the 64gb premium refurbished iPhone SE about two months ago now and I can say I am very satisfied with my new phone. The phone arrived with zero scratches or dents, and the battery life was at 99%. In addition to battery, this phone charges faster than my previous iPhone X, which I did not expect since Apple claims both phones have a fast charge of 50% at 30 minutes. However, my SE’s battery life can last two days without charge (no gaming but I do open emails, light browsing, FaceTime calls) and when it does die, it quickly powers on when connected to power and delivers great battery life. I will say the only thing I wish I had done differently was getting the 128gb version, as I plan on keeping this phone for a long time and wouldn’t want storage to be an issue ( I tend to take a lot of photos and download songs for flights, which in turn take up a lot of space). The weight and size of the phone are the real reasons why I decided to try out this phone as I have achy wrists when I carry around heavy things for too long, and a heavy phone could add on to that. The SE is thin, lightweight and easy to hold. I can even fit it into my pocket unlike my X! I do recommend this phone if you’re looking to upgrade your battery life, storage, and size to something easier to manage. There are newer versions of iPhones available now yes (11,12, and now 13) but the SE really is the best option on a budget!

Phone worked great for 5 months but died in the middle of the night per child monitoring app. Took the iphone to Apple store and after several people looked at it said not fixable, will not charge. Was near another Apple store and they agreed. Sent phone in for warranty. Phone returned with instructions to remove cloud. Phone was not working so how to apply instructions on a non working phone? Tell me. Also stated in note accompanying returned phone 90 day warranty had expired. Phone was purchased as premium w/ one year warranty! Apparently warranty honored at their discretion like used car warranty. NOT Worth It!

The phone came earlier than expected so that’s a good start. It was easy to make the Apple ID. Since it’s a phone for my daughter. It has great volume for a small phone. The camera quality is clear, but it does have the shutter sound when you take a picture. I read online that this can be if the if it comes from another country where it’s illegal for your phone to not have a shutter sound. If you don’t know that that is, it’s when you take a picture and it does that fun noise that later can get annoying. On conclusion, the phone came scratch-free and very pretty.

This purchase was made for someone who had only owned cheap, buggy flip phones before. I tried FOR YEARS to get them to switch to a more reliable phone with better reception. I finally convinced them to take a chance on this iPhone SE. The only reason they agreed was the reasonable price. The only reason "I" took a chance was the "Renewed Premium" option. THATS what sold the phone - the Renewed Premium option. This iPhone SE is truly like new. The battery is excellent. The screen is perfect. All the basics - phone, voicemail, ringer, speaker, antenna, data, charger, camera - they all work. I'm trying to make sure the user doesn't get overwhelmed because there is a VERY steep learning curve for anyone switching from a cheapie flip phone to an iPhone. This phone HAD to work. And it does. I tested most of the functions, and then I turned off most of the features for the user. I'm really happy with it. The new owner is still getting used to the phone but hasn't once tried to make me return it. This is a major victory for us.
