Sooooo, even though the phone is now working great, I am giving a 4 star rating. I was going to give a 3 for the work time (5 hrs) that was lost figuring out the issue and getting it taken care of. The phone is in excellent shape. However, it did not come updated. The replacement phone, 8+, had the 15.4 update, my 7+ has the 15.7.3 update. The problem was because the 7+ is on a higher update than the 8+ and the 8+ would not take the backed-up info from the cloud without being updated. This is where the real fun begins. I had to then download iTunes to my computer and hook my phone up to the computer as well. After 1 1/2 hours of errors, corrupted downloads, etc, I was finally able to update the 8+ to the newest update of the 16.3.1. The reason these extra steps had to be taken is due to an error that kept being received from the phone itself. Needless to say, it was all unnecessary had the seller bothered to update the phone. Anywho, I now have a phone that actually works and doesn't make sizzling noises through the speakers because the cats keep knocking it on the floor. LOL My poor 7+ did me well for years, but it was time for a small upgrade. Other than that hassle the 8+ phone works great. Now that it is updated, all of my information from the 7+ is now on the 8+ and I am glad that I did not lose all of my photos and apps. It looks great and I plan to keep it that way in the military grade case that it is in. lol

I recently purchased this iPhone 8 plus 256 GB and I am pleasantly surprised about the capabilities of this phone since it is a much older version. I'm leaving from the LG phone as it took its last breaths after nearly 6 years and LG is not making phones anymore. My new, refurbished iPhone 8 plus is my first experience in the iPhone world and it's been a great introduction. My phone arrived earlier than I expected and it was packaged very nicely. It had all of the necessary items enclosed so I didn't need to buy anything to get started. I had a very smooth transition of my SIM card and contacts from my LG to my iPhone. The phone came without any scratches, dings, dents, or broken glass so if I didn't know any better, I would think this is a totally new, untouched phone. I quickly put the phone into a great, sturdy case so it would be well protected. I waited a little bit of time to provide my review because I wanted to work with my phone for a bit. The amount of memory is great for my security camera app (which is a very large file) and the other apps I really enjoy. The camera and pic capabilities have been awesome. I realized the battery drains a little quicker than what I'm used to which is why I gave it a 4-star, but the amount of usage (phone and text) is what reduces the battery time rather quickly. The phone charges quickly and has been great thus far. I'll give it more time and will update my review if there's anything different that you should know. I use the fingerprint reader and did not activate the facial recognition that this phone can perform. Glad to have this phone that has been free from issues thus far.

I bought this phone and it’s absolutely wonderful. The battery life was not the 80% it was guaranteed. But they did refund my money for having the battery replaced! This company is one of the best to purchase a phone from! I am so happy and satisfied with my phone! I didn’t think customer service could go so well but they were so helpful and did everything they could to make my product 100% will definitely purchase from them again! I bought it to replace the seven plus I had for the charging pad feature. This far I am extremely happy and am buying a second one for my wife from the same reseller on Amazon. I couldn’t justify the cost of the latest iPhones. I suppose the only reason I would need to replace them would be if 4g were to be discontinued. Otherwise it does everything I need to go. Suggest also buying an inexpensive charging pad for home use and a power pack for when a charging station is unavailable. Was so pleased I bought a second one.

Phone came in early . Been using it for a while . I can’t actually say it’s worth the money. I got the iPhone 8+ when it first came out and never wanted to trade it in or get rid of it . But I had to get a new phone , anyways the phone comes with a charger and the charger box. My phone was clean no hand prints no nothing.
