After switching to a samsung for about a year (after a decade and a half of using apple) let me tell ya, it was SO nice to go back to an apple phone. This was a refurbished phone as i prefer used phones since buying brand new is like buying a brand new car, those things lose value as soon as you leave the apple store. ;-D Anyway, i was very pleased with the quality of the phone and it was so nice to return to the familiar functionality of the iphone. I sadly did NOT get a screen protector and so i have inevitably scratched it as the unprotected iphone screen is not remotely scratch resistant but that's on me, but it looked great and arrived spotless before i dropped it. :-P The battery life is pretty typical for an iphone, maybe a little under what a brand new phone is. (The battery life is definitely the Samsung strong suit). That being said, overall I'm quite happy with it. ... show more

Very disappointed.. the phone looks great and works fine BUT THE BATTERY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED. It is at 80 % and does not hold a good charge. If it had come in with a good battery I would have given a positive review.
