A good looking cleaned up iphone 8plus. However, the charging port is a little loose so you have to constantly check to see if its charging. And it doesn't hold a charge for long, so....not a new battery? Hmmm.. For some reason when its in my pocket it can bounce from program to program. Music stops playing. Okay, yeah, maybe its me but I also have an SE that doesn't do that. Rock solid. And my old iphone 7 didn't do that. I would describe this refurbished phone as schizophrenic. ... show more

AMAZON should require the sellers of electrical equipment with batteries , SHOULD be required to list /post the battery HEALTH along with all the positives they mention in their promotional statements. This phone was promoted as very nice , and it is cosmetically , NO scratches NO dents. BUT when I get the phone , it’s battery HEALTH is only 70% which equates to it loosing the charge very quickly. I am VERY disappointed! I think the seller and AMAZON should give me a monetary compensation to go towards having the battery replaced. ... show more

It came in on time (maybe a little earlier) and as advertised, to me, it's as good as news without having to spend $1000 or more to Verizon for a new phone. If I don't drop it too many times, and take care of it, it should last for a few years.
