The phone is physically fine. It has a software glitch. The screen freezes and might not work for a hour or 2 and starts working. All I want is another phone because I understand things happen. They will not exchange it. 2 phone calls later they said they are sending me return info. 3 days later I have not received it. Do not order from this company. I've just received the product iPhone 7 Plus Red 128GB yesterday. So far , so good, I'm really pleased with the phone, it came in great condition, except one significant scratch on the apple logo, which is a little bit disappointed, but it's fine. OMG I finally got it! Now I know why kids will stand on line for iPhones for hours. After fooling around with Motorola smart phones for 9 years, none of which were particularly impressive or worked particularly well, I have finally come away from the darkside of cellular and into the light. This thing is great and it wasn't very hard to set up. The security on the phone is outstanding. I bought this iPhone 7 (256GB) for myself and the iPhone 7+ (128 GB) for my wife for less than $1K . All my kids, and grandkids told me that the iPhone 7, with loads of memory, and an upgrade to the IOS 11 operating system was the way to go. They were right. First of all, the shipping on this took almost a week and when it did arrive, it needed a signature as it shipped through FedEx, so I had to skip 3 classes just to sign for it (not too big of a deal). When I opened it, I was so excited because it was in PERFECT condition and working great, only to find out later after I set it up that it was a VERIZON WIRELESS phone!!! This was totally useless to me as it was not compatible with Straight Talk. If it's not an unlocked GSM phone, why was I get sent a CDMA phone? All that time, missing school, and worrying for absolutely NOTHING! And now, I am expected to spend my own money to ship it back! Unbelievable. Total waste of time and I do not recommend buying this phone because who knows what you'll get. UPDATE: This morning I sent back the iPhone and the night before last, I decided to purchase this same phone (unlocked) straight from Apple. I got it the next day and it works great! Although it is more pricey, it is totally worth it to avoid horror stories like myself and so many other reviewers have had. Should have done this in the first place.
