I did some research as to why my new phone was still making the camera shutter noise regardless of the fact that it was to be on silent, and I came to the conclusion that it had to have been refurbished in Japan or Korea.     • Microphone does not work. Can’t use phone to talk.
Bought this phone for my daughter. Everything works great on the phone except the microphone. She can’t send or receive calls or record anything with audio or FaceTime because the microphone doesn’t work. If she needs to contact someone she has to text them.

Got for my brother, came in excellent condition! Packaging and charger was unoriginal, however, was definitely worth the piece, still an amazing iPhone generation. I would highly recommend if you’re trying to upgrade but aren’t fond of the newer versions, or simply want to save about $800. The battery life wasn’t at 100%, but is still in excellent standing at 90%! (I’ve had my phone for about 3 yrs and am at 86, so I was very impressed) ... show more

Received this phone and it would not work trying to set it up. Phone has serious issues so returned it and purchased another one. That one worked as expected.

I never write bad reviews but I spent 400.00 on a refurbished phone that has costed me 200.0 in repair in six months That is NOT a good deal or value, It is junk. I will never shop from this seller again. I reached out to them first and they said sorry 30 day warranty. I say back bad bad review

    • Phone is just up on warranty today for its 90 days
Keeps blinking and won't stay on a page. I went to the Apple store to ask questions. They said the phone has a different backing on it that isn't Apple approved and it isn't making the right contact for the phone to work properly. Im out over $400 and a phone that isn't going to keep working...
