Only issue was the specific listing said it would come in original packaging (so I assumed original retail box), but it did not, came in a generic box with generic charging cable. I did a lot of research and they had good reviews. So I Bought the iphone 17 pro in may 2026 and it worked for two weeks. I set it up with no issue through my Verizon account. The phone itself was perfect. The camera quality was amazing. Then two weeks later on June 1st I was unable to call or text. My cellular service had been shut off. I contacted Verizon and found that the phone had been reported as fraud back in November 2025. I went to Verizon and had to spend 5 hours there with an associate to get my phone number back because Verizon had all my account info and number blocked due to fraud. It was a nightmare. I had to buy a brand new iPhone 17 pro from Verizon because I can’t use this phone now. I’m praying I can return it with no issues and get my money back since I spent over 1k because I just wanted something nice. I contacted Amazon support but still haven’t heard back!!! Phone is amazing! The battery is 100% with 0 cycles. The body is in mint condition. This phone feels and looks like it came straight out the factory tbh and for a sweet discount. I recommend going renewed premium every time. My next phone is coming from renewed premium for sure.

I ordered this phone from Amazon to update to a later model, as I have been using an iPhone 12 Pro for several years now. I received the phone quickly (it was sold by and shipped by Amazon), and it looks quite good. There was a charging cable in the box, but no charger. I went to customer service and asked for a call from a customer service agent since my problem was not covered in the automated responses I was offered. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone since the agent (Mark) told me the phone is shipped with a charging cable but no charger. I had to tell him multiple times that the listing clearly says that the phone comes with a generic (Mfi certified) charger and cable, but there was no charger in the box. He said that he would have to wait two days to process a partial refund so that I could purchase a generic charge, since the phone was only delivered today(!). So, I now have to wait for two days to see if Amazon will actually deliver to me what they promised on their website. I will update this review when I hear back from Amazon in two days. One other thing that was strange - when I tried to turn the phone on, nothing happened. I plugged it in using the supplied cable and a charger I had at home, and it started to charge. I just find it odd that the phone was supposedly "Fully Tested" after being renewed, but the battery was completely dead when it arrived at my home two days after I ordered it. **UPDATE: I did receive a $25 credit to use to purchase a charger for this phone, so Amazon did step up and fix the problem.
