I bought this at the lowest price at could find and overlooked the excellent and good condition to save money on the "acceptable" condition and I'm SO glad that I did because it is in fact in EXCELLENT condition as far as the physical phone itself and hardware having not a single scratch or a single sign of wear and tear and I have used it for weeks now and the software is also perfectly fine with no lagging, no charging issues, no power issue with it shutting off. It probably works better than some brand new phones I have had! It also was indeed unlocked as advertised and super easy for my to setup myself and add to my current carrier. I only had to call them for help with one step in the activation process which was a breeze and probably something I could have done on my own. The phone is durable and the screen was well protected during shipping and it arrived on time. Although this phone was listed as renewed, it appeared to be brand new when I removed it from the box. Not a single scratch or scuff. Then I looked at the battery settings, and it’s like the phone has literally never been used. 0 cycle count!! I purchased the unlocked version and had no compatibility issues with my carrier (T-Mobile); my eSIM was activated almost immediately. The phone works perfectly. However, initially I was getting the error message “Cannot restore from backup” when transferring my data from my old phone to this phone. I researched this and found that I just had to set the phone up as a new phone without transferring any data, upgrade the iOS, then wipe it again and restart the setup process to enable Quick Transfer from my old iPhone. Not a big deal at all, just a bit time consuming. I traded in my old iPhone 13 for this phone, so overall I paid less than half of what my carrier/Apple would’ve charged me. I’m thoroughly impressed. Very glad with this purchase, no scratches on the body even has apple warranty left till December 2026. And 100% battery health. Please be assured and purchase with no stress! 4.7 stars!! Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was a light scratch on the screen that's not visible at 30cm distance.

The iPhone arrived in perfect condition, not a single flaw. My daughter was able to get it set up and all her stuff transferred over from her other iPhone no problem. She's been using it since Christmas and hasn't had any issues. It's a great phone if you want a more reasonably priced model.

Great phone. Received a brand new phone never used. This phone doesn’t have a single, scratch, blemish, fingerprint or any defects. and addition to that there wasn’t one cycle of charge on it. And the battery health was exactly 100%. I did have a lot of trouble putting this phone on my carrier total wireless. I had to use a phone number that was hidden in a log from Reddit and it took 3 1/2 hours to get the eSIM configured over to total wireless. The phone came in great condition and works with no problem, however it didn't come with the original box or original cable, the cable I received stopped working after 4 months and now I have to get a new one. Otherwise the phone still works great and is an affordable option to consider. I got the 128 gb and it gets full quickly, so be mindful of that, I was not sure if getting the 256 one but it might be worth it. ... show more
