It operated perfectly, but as I was setting it up I realized that I ordered the wrong model. This one has the smaller screen and I absolutely need a larger screen to see better, and with more room for my fumbling fingers when texting so I don’t tap the wrong keys. I meant to get the 16 Plus. I erased the data and returned this phone.
