I bought this phone twice with Amazon. With the first purchase, the phone was used quite a bit with 400+ batter cycle and 92% battery. I wasn’t happy with it, so I returned and repurchased another one. The 2nd one is a much better buy, barely used (see pic). I’m happy with the phone. The reason for 3 stars is the painful process to get the refund back from Amazon. Even though I returned the item in original condition (I only kept it for a few days to wait for the current phone to arrive), they denied my refund saying the item isn’t in original condition. I had to chat with Amazon and they asked me to fill out an incident form so they can manually process the refund. Quite troublesome and now I have charges from 2 phones on my credit card account, which isn’t ideal. Other than that, phone battery condition can be a hit or miss depending on your luck, so think twice before placing order. However, the price is good if you’re lucky to get a barely used one. ... show more
