Great condition, easy transition from my iPhone 14 Pro
Size: 256GB Color: Black Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
The phone was in great condition, near perfect. Looks great, as expected from the listing. No issues transferring everything over from my iPhone 14 Pro. Apple gets better and better at the transfer process with every release. I bought a new glass screen protector at the same time, though I'm not 100% sure it's necessary since the newer screens are so durable. It's been a couple of weeks and the phone is working as expected. Great battery life and noticeably better performance. Like new. No issues activating the eSim with AT&T either, which is always a bit of a nail-biter for just a few moments. ... show more

Detailed Review
Size: 256GB Color: Black Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
Owning this renewed Apple iPhone 16 Pro has been an excellent experience. Especially when upgrading from the 11, from performance to design and everyday usability, this smartphone feels every bit like a high-end flagship just without the brand-new price tag. Right out of the box, the sleek Black Titanium finish immediately strikes you. The matte texture looks premium and gives the phone a sophisticated, understated look that’s both elegant and timeless. Even though this unit is renewed, the exterior looks virtually brand new with no noticeable scratches, dents, or blemishes which makes it feel like a fresh device in every way. The titanium build is both lightweight and exceptionally strong, giving you confidence that the phone can withstand day-to-day handling without feeling fragile. The slim bezels, the refined finish, and the attention to detail in design are all classic Apple hallmarks that haven’t been lost in this renewed model. The 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display is beautiful. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the contrast is outstanding whether you’re browsing, streaming video, or gaming. With ProMotion adaptive refresh rates up to 120 Hz, scrolling feels buttery smooth, and animations look fluid and responsive. Brightness is plenty strong for outdoor viewing too. This screen isn’t just gorgeous it’s practical, with True Tone and HDR support making everyday use comfortable and visually rich. The Pro camera system is a standout. Photos come out crisp and detailed in a wide range of conditions. Portrait mode feels very refined, and the computational photography features elevate shots beyond what you’d expect from even a flagship device. Low-light performance is impressive, too capturing clear detail without excessive noise. Video recording is equally strong, giving vibrant colors and smooth stabilization across formats I’ve tested. For both casual snaps and more ambitious content, the iPhone 16 Pro delivers. What’s particularly impressive about this renewed model is how new it feels in everyday use. The screen is flawless, the body looks fresh, and there’s nothing about the performance that makes it feel “used.” Many renewed iPhones also come with battery health equal to or near 100 %, and often include a one-year warranty which adds a layer of reassurance for buyers. Battery life remains strong throughout a full day of regular use. I can comfortably go from morning to night without needing a top-up. When I do need to charger, fast charging gets me going quickly, and wireless (MagSafe or Qi) charging is smooth and reliable. Compared to buying new, getting this unlocked 256 GB version saved a significant amount of money, making it excellent value for what is still a top-tier device. If you’re after a powerful, premium smartphone that performs just like new but without the full retail cost, the Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256 GB, Black Titanium, Unlocked and Renewed) is an excellent choice. It looks and feels like a fresh device and delivers flagship performance across the board from display and speed to battery life and camera. Ease of use Whether for everyday use or as a primary device, this iPhone delivers reliably every day. ... show more

Beware of seller / merchant. Phone was broken when received
Size: 256GB Color: Natural Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
Phone was not working properly when first received. The backlight would stay on much longer than it should have even after turning the sleep mode on the lowest amount of time allowed. After a couple days the screen went blank with white and pink stripes running from top to bottom. I did a system reset and it worked again but still with the back light issue. After another 5 days the phone glitched again and the pink and white screen came on and I could not reset it this time. I contacted apple support to see if it was a software issue. They said that the backlight was faulting and that I would either have to send it to apple to fix$$$$$ or have a third party look into it which would have been the less expensive route. I was not willing to spend ~$300 to fix a phone I had just purchased so I contacted Amazon to see what my options were. They had me work through the merchant to get a refund. Almost 2 weeks of back and forth and only when threatening a bad review did the merchant send a shipping label and stated “return will be processed 2 to 5 business days after the return was complete” I sent information stating the phone was in their possession, including tracking number and waited for my return. More than 5 business days went by and I contacted the merchant asking when my return would be processed. At this point, they said I would have to pay a “restocking fee” because there was an “accessory” that was not included in the return. There was no accessory, and when questioned what they were talking about they could not provide info on the “accessory” They would not process my return. I would look toward other merchants before making the mistake I made in purchasing from them. The process has taken more than 2 months and I have still not been refunded ... show more

Brought Used -Mint condition. Phone is basically brand new. No scratches at all, battery cycle count was only 1, and everything works perfectly. Very happy with the purchase! But it did not come with the original box or charging cable. it came in a plain unbranded box with a third-party charging cable. ... show more

Perfect Condition
Size: 128GB Color: White Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
Phone came in near perfect condition (bought Excellent Refurbished) , and 100% battery with 160 cycles. The seller was Networkstore in Massachusetts. Look into each seller before purchasing, that way you know what to expect. A few tiny use scratches on the body, charging port and near invisible ones on the screen that go away with a screen protector. Phone does not appear to be even repaired, and has all apple original parts. I have had the phone for little over a week, and loving it! Came unlocked and no issues so far. I will update review if anything arises, but amazing value for your money, and it’s eco friendly to buy used! Just buy it! ... show more

I bought this phone to replace my very beloved yellow iPhone 11. Its battery desperately needed replaced, I had long outgrown the 128gb internal storage, and it recently developed a few dead pixels that turned into... many... that spread across the top of my screen. Nail in the coffin. I was quoted about $400 to repair it at the authorized shop Apple directed me to, so I decided it was just time to upgrade altogether. I LOVE my stupid little banana yellow phone and I don't care too much about new gen features, the only notable exception being the new camera specs, so I almost got a 15 instead. I don't think there's enough of a difference between 15 and 16 overall, but I obviously like my phones to last a long time, so I opted for the latest model purely for longevity's sake. The 16 Pro is also basically the same dimensions as the 11, so it doesn't feel any different in my hand than what I've been used to for the past 6 years. I use Mint Mobile, so I needed an unlocked phone, hence why I purchased here. I bought a listing being sold and shipped directly by amazon.com instead of a third party seller. I had originally bought a listing from the seller "Wcell" but they never shipped it, then gave me a new shipping estimate of another month... So I canceled and reordered directly from amazon. I figured it would be less hassle to skip a third party seller if I needed to return the phone, anyway. I paid for shipping so I would get it sooner. I did NOT get it sooner (or even soon in general) and it was shipped via USPS instead of UPS or Fedex, which shocked me. I've never had something so expensive shipped parcel select before. Why did I even pay shipping? Phone arrived in an unassuming box aside from the giant lithium battery warning sticker, which gives away that it's an electronic no matter how discreet they try to be. Inside package was another plain box with a serial number sticker on it, containing the phone and an unbranded double USB C charging cable. Nothing else. No paper, no invoice, not even an Amazon Renewed flyer I've seen in other reviews. It sat in my mailbox under the hot sun for a few hours before I could get to it, which is Not Great for the battery, and when I opened it the phone was hot to the touch. So keep this in mind when ordering. The phone's outer condition is okay, but not quite up to the standard promised. This phone was listed as REFURBISHED - EXCELLENT, which states it should have "no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm's length". However there are multiple scrapes on the titanium trim around the screen, leaving highly visible shiny silver specks against the black titanium, and a large scratch in the screen itself (pictured) The placement of the scratches lead me to believe the screen has been removed and the metal was scraped by a jimmy tool while prying it open. Maybe the screen was replaced? Maybe the screen had to be removed for another repair? Who knows. I would be surprised if it was a replacement unless they managed to scratch the new screen immediately after. The battery is GREAT. It arrived to me at 1%, but that's the mail's fault. Phone has been anctive since December 2024 but battery only has TWO (2) cycles on it and 100% capacity. The battery was definitely freshly replaced. I personally don't mind the cosmetic damage enough to worry about trying to get a replacement, it took long enough to get it as is and the phone itself works just fine. If anything now I won't feel bad if I add a flaw in the future, but I know a lot of people won't feel the same way I do so I wanted to put my experience out there. So to recap, phone is what I would call Repaired. Brand new battery replacement, suspected screen replacement, with some cosmetic damage. Otherwise perfectly fine phone. I'll update if anything changes with normal use. RIP in peace banana phone. You served me well 🍌 🫡 ... show more

Renewed phone surpassed my expectations
Size: 128GB Color: Black Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
This phone is great. Because I use StraightTalk, I’ve stuck with bargain phones for the last 10 years. Paying full price for unlocked phones, I try to make them last as long as possible. My last phone was an Amazon renewed iPhone XR that was reaching the end of its update and battery lifespan. This review may not apply to somebody simply upgrading from an iPhone 13 or 14, as the differences won’t be as noticeable as they were for me. I immediately noticed how fast the 16 Pro is. Webpages and apps take far less time to load and are much more responsive overall. It seems to sync with Bluetooth devices more quickly. The camera is also a huge upgrade for me. Like wow. Pictures look fantastic. It takes amazing video, too. I went to a metal concert this weekend and the sound quality of my videos was impressive. The 16 Pro has a new camera button on the right side of the phone, which is super useful. My only complaint, is that unlike the rest of the buttons, many phone cases just have a cutout to accommodate this one particular button. It leaves the side of the phone and the edge of the screen exposed, which I’m not a huge fan of. I imagine there’s a reason behind this design, but quite frankly, it doesn’t bother me enough to look it up. This phone has a USB-C port—an update long overdue in my opinion. It also uses an ESIM instead of the traditional physical SIM card. In my case, there was a simple process to transfer the service over on the StraightTalk website. I believe these changes actually came with the iPhone 15, but needless to say, they’re new to me. Screen size states 6.3”—I compared it to the 6.1” screen on my fiancé’s iPhone 15 Pro but didn’t notice a difference. Both phones appear identical to me, but I didn’t overly analyze it, and she didn’t take hers out of the case. Battery life is really nice. What would’ve completely drained my battery before, only drops it to 60% now. Considering this is a current gen renewed phone, I was expecting solid battery life, but not perfect. I was thrilled to see 100% battery life, and this one got me, ZERO CHARGE CYCLES. I can’t say they’re all going to be like this, but other reviewers mentioned similar things. It has an 11/2024 manufacturing date, and under warranty until 11/2025. Typical iPhone ease of use, durability and feel. I’ve used both Apple and Android phones over the years. If you’re like me, and you just want your phone to work, well, if you know, you know. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. ... show more

The Seller is awesome. The phone is... meh. The battery drains fast, the camera thinks too much.

SUPER RAMBLY: For the love of all things, if you're like me and you love the SE's physical button, you can ADD a faux one via Accessibility (AssistiveTouch) AND ALSO add "Back Tap" commands. WHAT?! This is AMAZING! The phone itself came in a better condition than described, in my meager consumer opinion. It's massive, which I don't like -- I much prefer the SE size, even with a full LifeProof Fre case on -- but... eh, this will hopefully last the next 5 years what with software updates. I DO like that the Pro does MagSafe charging (although, so did my 2020 SE... it just didn't say it did) and RAW video, if I ever use that. The camera is seemingly not as great as my old SE because it has too many options -- I just like to QUICKLY point and shoot as I'm walking, and this is going to take some learning so I can do that, go figure, especially for having 3 lenses. It is HEAVY, too. But it'll hopefully last 5 years, so, here we are. At least it should have a decent resale value should I ever go that route. It DOES have great connectivity to wifi. I get full cases for my phone because... I do (they still exist! Otterbox took over LifeProof and the Fre style still exists!). That change made the screen be slicker than how it is "naturally," and I prefer the slickness the case's screen protector has. This came with a fantastic battery, but, man this thing really eats up batter power. I'm using my SE for as long as I can, so I don't even have the SIM card in the Pro yet and even JUST hooked up to wifi for 20 min. here and there AND on Low Power Mode, the battery drains FAST. I might get the 16e... ... show more
