    • Do not buy from this seller, you will not get help from them or amazon.
Buy from another source!!! Do not buy from amazon or Bayshine trading. Do not buy from this seller. They sold me a phone that doesn’t work. It is defective and having issues with the screen, green lining out or glitching. When I spoke with customer service I was told it had a one year warranty and would be replaced and they would not need the defective device because it would cause a burden on the buyer, me. However I dont want the device and want to send it back. The seller would replace it but want the device before they send out a replacement and then they would also place an authorization hold on the original card. This unfortunately is not an option I can do because the phone is the only phone I have an therefore in order to send it back 1) I'll either be out of a phone completely or 2) I'll have to purchase another phone prior before sending this one back. And again I want to send back the defective device because I have no use for the device that wont work. Amazon had no advice to remedy the issue or help with trying to get the device replaced. ... show more

Do not buy from this seller. They sold me a phone that doesn’t work. When I sent the phone back, they sent it back to me for the same reason I sent it back to them. The phone doesn’t work or won’t turn on. Garbage phone and horrible scam company. But from another source!!!
