The seller sent me a damaged and defective phone that lags when trying to download, overheats, and I randomly receive an water error message when trying to charge my phone sometimes. I did not ask for a refund, just a replacement. The seller was not considerate of the fact that I need to have a phone to use while waiting for the replacement because I don't have a backup phone, and also the fact that I wanted to ensure that they would not try to fix this phone and send it back.
