AT&T says the phone is blocked because it is from an unpaid installment plan on another AT&T account. The device is blacklisted from their network. Apple will not allow the device to function since AT&T has reported to them

The media could not be loaded. I gave it 4 stars due to its not the color I wanted but other wise vary nice I love it. It works amazingly and the price was amazing and it came in just fine no scratches or anything and it is unlocked. But it did come in dead but with a charger.
