(I have since charged it 2x) I was worried about excessive scratches on the screen or body of the phone but I can report no issues at all!!!! Not a single scratch present on the screen. Body of the phone does show wear and tear from a previous case. All the exterior buttons work as designed. Set up process was seamless, as for every apple product is ( had an iCloud backup & just restored) Phone also was delivered in heavily padded & secured packaging. *** Delivery did require a signature as well (was delivered by FedEx) *** Overall if you are skeptical about purchasing a renewed phone, I would not worry at all, I was pleasantly surprised. Buyer beware. It turns out the renewed phone was reported as stolen and blacklisted. It was deactivated from the AT&T network within 2 days of activation. It was very annoying to have to deal with this issue. The seller should have checked the phone's status before selling it. I was able to return the phone and notified that a refund would be issued, so that is good. Hopefully the seller does not resell the same phone again to someone else... ... show more

This phone is a scam. Don’t buy iPhone on Amazon. No matter what the description say. Once you turn it on the next day it will get suspended and you will go thru a lot of head ache turn your old phone back on. These iPhone are unpaid balance from previous owners.
