Purchased as gift. Vendor was “MobiWise”, phone was rated as “Good” - Upon arrival and giving it a once over, I’d say exterior condition is 90%. Total battery cycles is 367 (!!!) which I would consider very high. 500 is replacement territory. Battery quality is degraded and will need a new battery in the future, but phone seems ok for now. Packaging left a bit to be desired, it was in a loose fitting open bag with no screen cling film, loose in an oversized box that let it slide around. I’ll knock one star for that, but it will be vendor specific. Other renewed phones I have bought had excellent packaging by comparison. Will update if anything changes. ... show more

The phone was virtually brand new on the outside, no scratches, the only thing was the battery was at 92% and over 300 cycles. Not horrible, but now great either. Doesn't affect the phone though! It works great!
