I purchased the iPhone 16 Plus (256 GB) and received a unit in excellent condition. There was no cosmetic damage on the body or screen, except for a very small nick on the metal housing around one of the camera lenses. Since the mark was not on the lens itself, it hasn’t affected photo quality at all. Everything else matched the listing exactly. The sensors, cameras, storage capacity, and overall condition were all as promised. The battery health was 98% maximum capacity at 284 cycles when I received it (a cycle means the equivalent of using 100% of the battery’s capacity, not necessarily all at once). After using the phone as my daily driver for over a month, it’s now 96% at 301 cycles, which is still very solid for a refurbished device. Overall, this ended up being a great purchase and I’d consider it well worth the price.

There’s no apple unboxing if you’re excited to rip the little the things, the phone comes in the loop mobile box and mine was absolutely clean and free of scratches (I chose the excellent option for refurbished). I have had an 11 pro max for 4 years that I purchased off of amazon and before that I had an XR from Amazon for a few years, Amazon hasn’t let me down when it comes to phones but always check reviews first!! I finally needed an upgrade after the 11 being discontinued and some apps not being available, I finally purchased the 16 plus, I had a green 11 and wanted to switch up phone colors and went with pink. I am NOT disappointed 😁 the pink is beautiful! The phone is in perfect condition with %100 battery which is not exactly what I was expecting or looking for but it is nice to have. My battery doesn’t make it under %50 by the time I go to bed, I doom scroll on tiktok sometimes if that gives you an idea🤣 the phone had a charger in the box but not a charging block (c-port to c-port) so if you do not have one you may need to purchase it separately! It advertised it as unlocked, and it connected my service provider without any issues! (Sorry for long message, I take this seriously and would honestly appreciate seeing more in depth reviews on serious purchases!) Has cool new haptic button witch other options, a new camera button, and a upgraded screen and interface features! I was super concerned about ordering this phone. But after I received it, I was blown away with the quality there is not a single scratch dent or crack in the phone. Phone is working properly. I love it. I was hoping for 100% battery life but 97% is great too! If you are deciding about getting it, get it! It’s a great phone. I recently just upgraded from a iPhone 11 and did not want to pay much at apple buying the 16 so this phone price was great.

Purchased as gift. Vendor was “MobiWise”, phone was rated as “Good” - Upon arrival and giving it a once over, I’d say exterior condition is 90%. Total battery cycles is 367 (!!!) which I would consider very high. 500 is replacement territory. Battery quality is degraded and will need a new battery in the future, but phone seems ok for now. Packaging left a bit to be desired, it was in a loose fitting open bag with no screen cling film, loose in an oversized box that let it slide around. I’ll knock one star for that, but it will be vendor specific. Other renewed phones I have bought had excellent packaging by comparison. Will update if anything changes.

This is the second phone that we purchased from Amazon and the vendor - we wanted to upgrade but not to the newest model and the 16 plus fit our needs. Both were immaculate and great battery life for used phones. One came with a screen protector on it and the other did come with a charging cable. We won't buy phones any other way going forward. (We did get the premium used models)
