I ordered the IPhone 15 Pro Max & I’m so glad that I did! I was very skeptical before purchasing and combed through tons of listings and reviews before finally committing. I’ve always purchased my phones brand new directly from a retailer.. I ordered the refurbished excellent version. The phone basically looks like it’s brand new except for some superficial scratches on the screen. I can’t even see them with a screen protector on. The phone battery is at 90% with 558 cycles. I love that this phone doesn’t have glass on the back & feels durable. The phone performs like a brand new phone. The camera quality is also a great step up from my IPhone 13. The phone wasn’t sent with an iPhone box or apple brand charger but I wouldn’t expect that anyways since these phones are refurbished. A standard type C charger & block was included. I’ll definitely come back to this seller when I need a new phone. ... show more

Powerful iPhone with a Premium Design
Color: Black Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB Product grade: Renewed
The Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max is a great option for anyone looking for a high-end smartphone without necessarily paying full price for a brand-new model. The Black Titanium finish looks sleek and premium, and the overall design feels modern and durable. The 6.7-inch display is one of the standout features. The screen is bright, sharp, and great for watching videos, browsing the internet, taking photos, and using apps. The ProMotion display also makes scrolling and animations feel smooth and responsive. The camera system is another major highlight. The different camera options make it easy to take detailed photos in a variety of situations, while the video quality is excellent for recording everyday moments. The 5x telephoto camera is especially useful when you want to capture subjects from farther away. The performance is very fast thanks to the A17 Pro chip. Apps open quickly, multitasking feels smooth, and the phone handles demanding games and other tasks well. The 256GB of storage also provides plenty of room for photos, videos, apps, and other files. Since this is a renewed device, the condition can depend on the individual unit, so it is important to check the seller's description and renewal warranty before purchasing. Being unlocked is a major advantage because it gives you more flexibility when choosing a compatible carrier. The battery life is also good for everyday use, although actual battery performance on a renewed phone can vary depending on its battery health and previous use. Overall, the iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB in Black Titanium is a powerful and premium phone with an excellent display, strong cameras, fast performance, and plenty of storage. For someone who wants a Pro Max experience at a potentially lower price through a renewed model, this is a solid option. ... show more

BE AWARE OF THE RISKS - I spent hours fixing Amazons issue

Review Image by me

Updated: since writing the below review, I have received my second 15 pro max renewed premium, set it up, and handled the refund from the first one. Amazon customer support also offered me a generous discount on the new phone for all the hassle (which I somewhat needed to initiate asking for, I doubt they would have offered that to begin with). If I had to do it all over again - I would have still gone this route since apple refurbished hasn’t released this model yet, but moving forward- I will probably order straight from apple refurbished next time or just get a new iPhone. When factoring the discount I got on this one that’s one year old, I paid about 2/3 the cost for this compared to the latest model, so I can’t complain. All that said, in general I am one who much more values my time and ease over saving a quick bucks. Especially if that quick buck saved costs me HOURS of my life in hassle. If you’re like me in that sense - proceed with caution. I trust Amazon will help make it right if you don’t get a great phone as expected, but even if that’s the case, you’re probably in for quite the hoops to jump through in order to make that happen. Here’s my original, unedited review: I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max refurbished and it arrived last night. After spending a good 3+ hours setting it up, I realized the lens for the main camera was broken. From the outside, you can’t see any issue. It wasn’t until I opened up the camera app that I actually saw it didn’t work. “Renewed Premium” carries a certain standard with it, and this certainly does not meet that in the slightest. On top of that, upon calling customer support, I was told that I would not be able to do anything unless I deactivated the phone and remove my Apple ID from it. Wouldn’t have been the end of the world if I needed to go back to my other phone for a bit, however, in order to set up this phone with the eSIM, deactivated my previous SIM card. Upon explaining all of that to customer support, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I deactivated this phone (leaving me without a phone until they received this and shipped me a new one) I was then told to call Apple to see what they can do, when honestly, this is their mistake. Either way, I called apple and it was going to be another set of hoops to jump through with scheduling appointments and all that. Plus since I didn’t have apple care, if they needed to repair the camera, I would still be without a phone. So even if Apple was able to help fix this, the issue of me not having a phone would still be there. Had I broken this camera myself - I would certainly except those terms given there’s not much else I could do. However, this was given to me in this condition and for Amazon to leave me with the responsibility of fixing their mistake due to carelessness in inspection and quality control is absurd. So whether I like it or not, I am now STUCK with the responsibility of cleaning this up since my account is connected to this phone now. What at one point could have been a great gift to myself has turned into the biggest hassle I’ve experienced buying/returning anything, probably ever. I’m going to give this one more shot as I’ve now ordered another iPhone from them to be delivered shortly, however, it’s also required me to spend another ~$1000 in having that iPhone sent prior to me getting my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Even if this next phone is perfect, I’m likely never going to order from the Amazon refurbished store again. I’ll either go straight to Apple refurbished, or brand new, for any of my future phone/laptop/device purchases. On top of all this hassle, I’ll certainly have to spend another few hours setting up my replacement phone once it arrives. All the time I’ve invested into this so far has NOT been even close worth the “nice discount” on a premium refurbished phone that should have arrived without issue to begin with. Amazon - take note. Change your policies. Making this the customer’s mess to clean up is not acceptable. Potential buyers - BEWARE of the risks. I’ll plan to update this review if anything changes. But like I said, even if the next phone I ordered is perfect, I still give this a 1-star review for all the hassle and lack of responsibility the company took to resolve this. P.s. i’ll also add that I am a quite understanding and peaceful person. The person I spoke with from customer support was doing his absolute best to help me, but this was clearly a bigger issue than he had the power to solve. I requested to have this escalated to upper management and was told the same thing. Whoever is the one making decisions about what can and can’t be done needs to hear about this. ... show more

Great Refurbished Phone!
Color: Black Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB Product grade: Renewed
So far so good! I got this to replace my iPhone 12pro max. I’ve purchased several reburbished phones over the years because I like to own my phone and can’t stomach paying full price. I purchased “Good” condition and other than a very small blemish on the back, it looks brand new. I always keep my phone in a case, so I’ll never see the blemish. Got everything transferred over and am using it right now to post this review 😊 ... show more

Good replacement phone, be aware of Fedex and minor scratches

Phone works perfectly. Be wary that this particular source uses FedEx for shipping so either schedule a delivery or be very aware of when it’s supposed to arrive so that you aren’t missing it. The phone itself is in pretty good condition, but has small scratches on the side and near the camera but not on it. Otherwise it’s great and exactly what I needed! ... show more

Absolutely no regrets!!
Color: Natural Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 512 GB Product grade: Renewed
Awesome product! First time buying a “renewed” IPhone. With phone prices going up, I just couldn’t justify paying thousands of dollars to upgrade my 12 pro max. I decided to search Amazon… found this phone with bigger storage and a great price and pulled the trigger. Crossed my fingers and toes and hoped I wouldn’t regret getting a “renewed” phone. Got my phone in 2 days and it looked BRAND NEW. Set up was a breeze And have been using it since 2/2026. Absolutely no regrets and love this phone! They got rid of this size and I’m glad I didn’t go to the 16 pro max since it’s bigger. My phone works great and have had no issues. Will be using Amazon again for my next iPhone upgrade in a few years 🤗 ... show more

Wow!
Color: Blue Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 512 GB Product grade: Renewed Premium
This was everything you’d hope for in a renewed purchase. I got the renewed premium, and upon opening it, I found the phone in flawless condition. I started it up, and the date of first activation was 4 months ago, it appears to have been used for less than a month, and the battery capacity was 100% with 13 cycles. Basically a new phone. I’ll be using renewed again in the future. ... show more

Had some issues, returning. Just beware
Color: Blue Titanium Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB Product grade: Renewed
I ordered this phone and was pretty excited for it. When I opened it from the box it look almost flawless with barely any dings or scratches. The real problem occurred when I powered it on. Immediately I noticed the screen quality seemed poor. The screen got a little darker near the bottom, and the viewing angles were lowkey trash. I was comparing this to my 13 pro max which I had got refurbished and for the most part had no problems with. 13 pro max had the better screen quality. My true tone also kept flickering on and off, which I know is nitpicky but once again, i've never noticed it on my 13. Every few times that I would wake the device, there would be a split second where the device would flicker, showing static. This leads me to believe that the screen was fraudulent (which i know was a risk but i paid for premium quality.) Next, my flashlight seemed fraudulent. I use my flashlight on the daily, and so while i was trying to eat my food i turned that bad boy on and it was completely blue, like 8500 kelvin blue. All of the other iphones ive had were around 4500 kelvin. I noticed this washed out my skin pretty badly. The feature on the flashlight where you can make it skinny did not work at all, and the flashlight itself was wobbly. I was going to keep it despite all of this, but the final straw was when I was at work and my apple pay did not work. Mind you, i've been using these same vending machines since february '25 and the one day I bring my new phone every single machine is saying there is something wrong with my card. I use apple pay on the daily, and for the price I paid I wasn't going to deal with that. The phone keeps telling me theres an issue with my face id (although, I will say, that works fine) and there is 600+ cycles on the battery despite the health being at 100%. Hmm. Despite all of those flaws, it still functioned, but I paid for the excellent quality and did not receive that in terms of how the phone was operating. I ordered a new one from elsewhere just to make sure i wasnt going insane, and I was not. I understand this is a possibility when ordering refurbished items, but I feel if im going to pay this much for a almost three year old iphone It would at least be in better quality. Based on other reviews I may have just gotten unlucky. I dunno. Camera worked fine, phone physically looks good, sounds good, isn't super slow. Whatever. Came with a 5w brick and cord. It was unlocked. Overall, just risky. ... show more
