The phone was easy to set up and there was no glitches or set backs. The one also came unlocked just like I wanted it to come. The quality of the phone of we all is good. It did come with minor scratches but other than that perfectly fine. No dents on the scree. I highly recommend guys. Definitely safe to purchase from this store!!

I purchased a "Renewed Premium" iPhone 15 Pro Max through Amazon for my brother in law, expecting a product that meets high functional standards and uses only Apple-certified components at least working ones. What I received was a device with a non-original, low-quality screen, which led to immediate and unacceptable problems: - Increased battery drain - Blueish screen tint - Lower display resolution and quality - Auto-brightness not functioning - True Tone completely disabled - Touch response degraded - often inaccurate or unresponsive - Verified as a non-original screen by an Apple-certified lab This violates Amazon's own "Renewed Premium" guarantee. There is no excuse for this. My brother in law then endured over 4 hours of live chat with at least 15 different Amazon support agents. The experience was chaotic, repetitive, and unhelpful. I was transferred from person to person, forced to re-explain the issue endlessly, and repeatedly met with evasive responses, deflection, and even gaslighting. Despite finally being told I'd get a proper follow-up by email, the communication since has been vague, delayed, and now completely silent. To make the phone usable, he had no choice but to pay for a full screen replacement out of his own pocket - something Amazon has, to this day, refused to take any responsibility for whatsoever. This isn't just a bad refurbished product - it's a complete failure of Amazon's accountability. If this is how they handle a clear breach of their own policies, I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting Amazon's Renewed Premium program.

The media could not be loaded. So I await more then a day to write my review as I wanted to make sure everything was okay I’ve search this entire internet for two weeks reading reviews checking for a 15 pro max and I must say I was skeptic in buying a refurbished or renew phone because of past experience, but what I will say is was pleasantly surprised by this phone came with no scratch which makes me happy and my battery health was 93 % and that was amazing it came dead but I charge it and it was charge quickly I did get a usb with it but didnt get a charger head so if your getting this phone you will want the head but otherwise everything works perfect I transitioned over from my old phone to the new one with ease so all in all I’m happy with this purchase so if your looking for a phone from this buyer then hope this gives you some peace of mind as what to expect

The phone is incredible, It even arrived a day earlier than expected. The phone I would say it's just like new new, it has some marks but minimal, nothing that affects it, the battery was at 89, I already used it and the battery lasts all day long

The phone it self looked pretty good except the screen, what’s the point of paying for excellent quality if the screen is going to be scratched, otherwise the phone was fine, no other scratches on the body but lowkey it was a little dirty when I got it, I had to like clean some stuff around the camera bump. The packaging it came in made me scared that it was counterfeit lowkey. I mean it has 5G it’s e sim only which I could care less, connectivity works great. It was easy to set up which I would expect nothing less. I was just really ticked off about the screen, like, according to Amazon renewed the only phone condition that would have scratches on the screen is “acceptable” which goes for a whole lot less that excellent. Whatever I guess, I didn’t want to return it after there was a delay (my impatient self LOL) Also the hearing is a problem, it always has been, finally fixed with the IPhone 17 series so if heat will make you wanna die then I’d consider looking into that.

I read most of the reviews for this iPhone 15 Pro Max. And I'm not discounting those who had issues. I am saying that what I received looked to be as good as new can get. I checked the battery cycles and there was only ONE CYCLE! Further there were no scratches anywhere. I came to the conclusion the phone was the same as new. And I know it's a bit of a gamble to buy an expensive phone even though it's listed as used yet in excellent condition. The reviews bare that out. In my case it was a nice surprise to receive a phone that was the same as new. And under the same conditions I'd buy again. In time if something on the phone does show itself to be faulty I will update this review.
