The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. Plus the screen protector has made this scratch invisible. Camera works great, the phone feels very light and it looks very very clean. This is my first ever iPhone and I am glad I bought it from this seller. Overall for a refurbished phone, I will give this product a 9/10.

Bought a renewed premium from Amazon and the phone looks brand new. Battery life was at 98% and it still had some months left on the original apple warranty. Phone works as advertised, but coming from a 12 pro, I really didn't notice any huge difference. Sure the camera is much better and the phone is faster, but I was unimpressed with the upgrade. That's an Apple thing, not an Amazon thing. I've bought several renewed prem iphones from Amazon over the past 3 years and they never disappoint. Save at least $250-350 over a new model for pretty much the same phone. Recommended.

We all know what an iPhone is and this is that. It works great and is in fair condition not the Excellent condition that it was listed at. Mine came with quite a few scratches on the screen and some on the casing near the volume up and down button. The case scratches were enough to cause discoloration, but I will have a case on it and that will be hidden. Aside from that, the USB C cable provided does not work. Thankfully I have other authentic Apple USB C cables and that worked just fine. The back and camera are in excellent condition with no scratches. I would give this a 4 star rating if the included charge cable actually worked, but now I will end up buying one.
