    • This phone was reported stolen by AT&T when trying to activate
Our company ordered a refurbished phone and took it to the AT&T store to have it activated. We were told that the phone is marked STOLEN and has been locked. Apparently, the individual selling this phone through Amazon did not fully pay for the phone. Therefore, this phone is useless. When returning it to Amazon, i received a refund notice showing a RESTOCKING fee of $461.41. The refund received was 1/2 of what we paid for the phone. I did not realize when I bought the phone that it was refurbished, which was not bad.Except that this one, the owner had to take their name off of it because they didn't.I could not even get into it so it had to be returned
