I went from an 11 year old iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone Pro 15 Max and was so worried about making the switch. The 15 uses a different cable than the 7 lightening cable so needed to invest in a few extra cables and plug in bricks. Overall, a very worthwhile switch. It was super easy to put all my 7 Plus iPhone info into the new 15 iPhone. Make a back up of old iPhone in iTunes and be sure to tick the box, name it, then use that to set up new iPhone. Is faultless, smooth. A bit of a learning curve learning how to navigate the new iPhone, first knowing how to navigate without the button, but read, read, read. Ask Siri as new methods are needed.     • Amazon needs to do a much better job assuring the phone works before shipping to your customers.
The media could not be loaded. Completely defective iPhone. First this phone had a hard time connecting to my existing phone for setup. After several attempts, the phone tried to load iOS 18.6, then went to the stall mode and won't proceed to the next screen. When I tried to turn off the phone and turn it back on, the iPhone won't even shut off. Worse yet, it won't pass the welcome screen. Extremely poor quality assurance by putting this for sale to your customer (for over $800!!!) After wasting the entire afternoon on this matter, I had no choice but to return the phone. Amazon does not accept this return at the nearest Amazon Fresh location. I had to drive 30 minutes to an Amazon Logistic Center for the return. I bought this refurbished iphone 15 pro max and found out that its battery cycle shows 524 times already at only 90% battery capacity. What a disappointment! I think what I paid deserves a better phone (battery condition). I want to replace it with another phone that has a better battery condition.
