The Action button is on the upper left side, and the side button is on the right side of the device. There are three cameras on the back: Ultra Wide, Main, and Telephoto. There is a LiDAR Scanner on the back. There is an LED True Tone flash on the back. In the United States, there is no SIM tray. In other countries or regions, there is a SIM tray on the left side that holds a fourth form factor (4FF) nano-SIM card. On the bottom there is a USB-C connector for charging and transferring data.

The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. Plus the screen protector has made this scratch invisible. Camera works great, the phone feels very light and it looks very very clean. I purchased a "Renewed Premium" iPhone 15 Pro Max through Amazon for my brother in law, expecting a product that meets high functional standards and uses only Apple-certified components at least working ones. What I received was a device with a non-original, low-quality screen, which led to immediate and unacceptable problems: - Increased battery drain - Blueish screen tint - Lower display resolution and quality - Auto-brightness not functioning - True Tone completely disabled - Touch response degraded - often inaccurate or unresponsive - Verified as a non-original screen by an Apple-certified lab This violates Amazon's own "Renewed Premium" guarantee. There is no excuse for this. My brother in law then endured over 4 hours of live chat with at least 15 different Amazon support agents. The experience was chaotic, repetitive, and unhelpful. I was transferred from person to person, forced to re-explain the issue endlessly, and repeatedly met with evasive responses, deflection, and even gaslighting. Despite finally being told I'd get a proper follow-up by email, the communication since has been vague, delayed, and now completely silent. To make the phone usable, he had no choice but to pay for a full screen replacement out of his own pocket - something Amazon has, to this day, refused to take any responsibility for whatsoever. This isn't just a bad refurbished product - it's a complete failure of Amazon's accountability. If this is how they handle a clear breach of their own policies, I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting Amazon's Renewed Premium program. ... show more

I was browsing online and noticed the iPhone 16 pro max valued at over $1200 dollars so before I made an impulsive decision I browsed around online and came across this seller. Not a big fan of refurbished items but the item was listed as in “excellent condition” and at under $900 for a 15 pro max for a 1TB it was a steal! I told myself that I’d return if it was a scam since the seller offered a 30 day money back guarantee so it was worth the gamble. Bought 2, one for my husband and one for myself and the price was STILL under the price of ONE iPhone 16 pro max 1TB. Let me tell you, the phone came in BRAND SPANKING NEW. However, it does not appear to be the excellent condition due to there are two small visible scratches on the screen: one in the top right corner and another around the middle of the left side, plus two scratches on the body located on the left side.
