I really wanted to love this. I am thinking I got a default one. It keeps freezing all the time when I am on the most important activities, it gets extremely hot even when it’s not charging and the battery life it’s very poor. I think it’s because it gets so hot and that drains it even more. I still have my older version, so I was hoping a lot for this one. I use apps like WhatsApp and at one point it froze and I couldn’t get it to work and the app literally blocked me, so I installed it and I lost a lot of stuff from it. ( very bad ) I am returning this one and I will be ordering a second one and hopefully that one will work. Base on the reviews, my guess is that the problem is this device itself. Even the dictionary is faulty, I have 3 languages working on my phone and it’s very important all of them work properly. Let see what happened with the second one. I just have so much in the phone and it’s a pain to get all the passwords and stuff to set it up. Hopefully the next one works just fine. ... show more

Great replacement with upgraded memory capacity, but my old phone case with a screen protector wasn’t working properly and so I removed the glass screen protector carefully and everything seems to be fine.

The phone was completely dirty. there was/is debris stuck in the front ear grill and in the space around each of the lenses on the back. The software waste updated at all...it was back on 18.1, so I had to do multiple updates to even get it to normal. the cable in the box was not ohm or quality at all. For $800 and something listed as excellent condition I expected a LIKE NEW device. I did get what I ordered. it was the correct storage and color. for that I am happy. but even the shipping was TERRIBLE. the phone was loose inside a flimsy paper box and that was tossed in a bubble wrap envelope. not securely mind you.
