I was very skeptical in buying a refurbished phone and also not willing to pay $1200 for the iPhone 16 pro max but I must say, this phone is indeed in an excellent condition. The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. Plus the screen protector has made this scratch invisible. Camera works great, the phone feels very light and it looks very very clean. This is my first ever iPhone and I am glad I bought it from this seller. Overall for a refurbished phone, I will give this product a 9/10.

I really wanted to love this. I am thinking I got a default one. It keeps freezing all the time when I am on the most important activities, it gets extremely hot even when it’s not charging and the battery life it’s very poor. I think it’s because it gets so hot and that drains it even more. I still have my older version, so I was hoping a lot for this one. I use apps like WhatsApp and at one point it froze and I couldn’t get it to work and the app literally blocked me, so I installed it and I lost a lot of stuff from it. ( very bad ) I am returning this one and I will be ordering a second one and hopefully that one will work. Base on the reviews, my guess is that the problem is this device itself. Even the dictionary is faulty, I have 3 languages working on my phone and it’s very important all of them work properly. Let see what happened with the second one. I just have so much in the phone and it’s a pain to get all the passwords and stuff to set it up. Hopefully the next one works just fine.

I was browsing online and noticed the iPhone 16 pro max valued at over $1200 dollars so before I made an impulsive decision I browsed around online and came across this seller. Not a big fan of refurbished items but the item was listed as in “excellent condition” and at under $900 for a 15 pro max for a 1TB it was a steal! I told myself that I’d return if it was a scam since the seller offered a 30 day money back guarantee so it was worth the gamble. Bought 2, one for my husband and one for myself and the price was STILL under the price of ONE iPhone 16 pro max 1TB. Let me tell you, the phone came in BRAND SPANKING NEW. No scratches, and everything in EXCELLENT condition. Battery life was at 100% on both. Thanks again!

After a 6-day period of use, the phone is dead. It is not turning on anymore, not charging either, brobably battery is dead. I bought the "Refurbished - Excellent". No, it is not excellent at all. Now I am battling to have it returned and my money back. For the returns, the page is not working properly, it is misleading, after I start the return proccess a dead-end page comes with a "This device requires activation lock removal before return. Please ensure the Activation Lock is removed from your device before initiating a return to clear personal data. For assistance, follow these step-by-step instructions or contact customer support." - but nothing more than that. Be advised, keep out of this kind of stuff, they do not offer any warranty at all.
