The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. I have no complaints with this equipment the truth, I've been using it for a while and everything is excellent. Came with 98% battery. It didn't bring dents or scratches. Although the battery capacity decreased to 87% in 9 months of use.

I really wanted to love this. I am thinking I got a default one. It keeps freezing all the time when I am on the most important activities, it gets extremely hot even when it’s not charging and the battery life it’s very poor. I think it’s because it gets so hot and that drains it even more. I still have my older version, so I was hoping a lot for this one. I use apps like WhatsApp and at one point it froze and I couldn’t get it to work and the app literally blocked me, so I installed it and I lost a lot of stuff from it. ( very bad ) I am returning this one and I will be ordering a second one and hopefully that one will work. Base on the reviews, my guess is that the problem is this device itself. Even the dictionary is faulty, I have 3 languages working on my phone and it’s very important all of them work properly. Let see what happened with the second one. I just have so much in the phone and it’s a pain to get all the passwords and stuff to set it up. Hopefully the next one works just fine. ... show more
