The Action button is on the upper left side, and the side button is on the right side of the device. There are three cameras on the back: Ultra Wide, Main, and Telephoto. There is a LiDAR Scanner on the back. There is an LED True Tone flash on the back. In the United States, there is no SIM tray. In other countries or regions, there is a SIM tray on the left side that holds a fourth form factor (4FF) nano SIM card. On the bottom there is a USB-C connector for charging and transferring data.

When it's time for me to choose a refurbished phone for my sister, I coming back to this refurbisher. I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly. About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory. This phone was promised to be “excellent” condition. It was far from that. There was a small scratch in the front and the phone was not completely wiped clean. When I downloaded instagram I was already logged into a teenage girls account. Yikes! Imagine if this phone would have been in the wrong hands! It was packaged rather poorly for something that took so long to arrive. The phone seems to also have some mild software issues which are manageable, but for this price tag and the promise of excellent quality, I expect just that ... show more

Product works well. No visible scratches or deformities. Fairly easy to transfer users. My biggest gripe is they sent the wrong (old model) charger. Thankfully I have a usb c for my iPad already.

The phone was in good shape except for some scratches running up and down the right side of the titanium frame-consistent with damage caused by a screen replacement when the prying tool detaches screen from phone.
