So far so good. I was a little worried about the other reviews about the battery life being pretty bad right off the rip. Turns out, apparently I was one of the lucky ones. Battery life is 100% and only 3 battery cycles. Had a few small blemishes on the screen(can only be seen when the light hits it just right), but I had a screen protector on hand so it wouldn’t happen any further. Other than that, phone came in excellent quality. Phone was unlocked like the listing said, and was able to put it on my cellular plan without hassle. Pretty good value for the money spent. Bought this phone to replace a iphone 11. Could not get the e-sim to work and it had no physical sim card slot. So, I went to apple and they discovered that the e-sim chip was missing (!!!!). Apple replaced the motherboard. Then, the battery started to drain quickly and the screen started to act strangely. Went to apple and they discovered that the screen was a third-party screen and had multiple issues. At this point, the only part of the phone that came with the amazon order is the case and the cameras (and I'm not totally sure the cameras are OEM, time will tell). If amazon is going to sell refurbished phones, I expect that the parts would be OEM spec and functional. I wasted many, many hours trying to troubleshoot why the sim card wasn't working. So did the cell phone provider reps, and so did the apple people. The idea that a CELL phone would be sold whilst missing it's CELL capabilities is absurd. If I could give a zero star review, I would. I feel that, in time wasted troubleshooting, I "spent" at least 3x what the phone cost. The only Kudos belong to the Apple store staff and the xfinity staff who were very patient, very thorough and very professional. Perhaps the people who "refurbish" phones for amazon might want to consider following the lead of apple and xfinity? ... show more

The phone had no scratches, and it was pretty clean, and well packed. Battery was 95% which is pretty convenient for a refurbished phone. There was no issue with software or opening my own apple ID . Thank you.

Phone came on time on time. The screen is without fault and the body has light scratches but nothing a case can’t fix. The phone functions regularly no problems. It charges to 100% and last throughout the day. I think it’s worth the price.

I bought the iPhone 15 Pro. It arrived in great condition. Unfortunately, while I was setting it up, I dropped it on a tile floor! I found chips in the corners of the screen and was fuming at myself! A day of stewing passes before I realize, the Seller INCLUDED a screen protector! They didn’t have to do that. This is a great value add for me as the user. I didn’t see any mention of it when shopping for the phone, but I got it. So THANK YOU. The phone was unlocked and I was easily able to add it to my value phone service from US Mobile using the US Mobile App. I like the dark grey titanium body. It looks amazing and has a nice sandblasted texture that feels nice.
