Do not buy from this distributor. I was sold a phone with a faulty battery from the start. The phone would overheat while not in use, cut off randomly and overheat even more while in use. I complained about the phone and they initiated a return, however, the phone was damaged in transit and the distributor refused to do any work on the phone even though it had issues to begin with. No partial refund or compensation was given despite the phone being faulty from day one. This iphone 15 pro came in prestine condition. the exterior is flawless, not a scratch or scuff. The Battery Health, i had said to myself i would be happy if it was over 95. But the Battery is 100%! We are so pleased we chose renewed premium. The phone was well packaged in a box that was i little oversized, which i liked because it was not obvious that it was a valuable smart phone. Amazon used their own shipping company and brought it for final delivery by our local usps office. Came promptly in 2 days. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. thank you amazon! ... show more

Save yourself the hassle and just get a new phone from Apple. I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro from Amazon Renewed, after receiving it, took it to the Apple Store to transfer all data from my old phone to the one I had ordered. After transferring all my data, they ran diagnostics and found that the proximity sensor did not work, meaning it couldn’t connect to other devices, and we found crusty dirt around the lenses and every crevice and opening on the phone. Apple sent it for repair while letting me use a loaner phone from the store, which we had to transfer all my data to after having just done that to the phone from Amazon Renewed Store. Additional damage was found during repair - liquid inside the phone- so I paid them a $99 fee to fix it. It was a hassle. Multiple trips to the Apple Store, hours and hours of transferring data and setting up, additional costs and more hours of backing up data from the loaner phone that Apple provided. I was lucky… Apple ended up giving me a brand new replacement because the damage was too severe. Apple does you right. Customer Service is excellent! Refurbished to this seller evidently means just putting it in a cardboard box. I don’t believe they ever even looked at the phone as dirty as it was. ... show more
