    • Worst experience I’ve ever had from buying something on Amazon so far.
The media could not be loaded. The phone had an issue right after I was trying to set it up and it wasn’t working. And I already had my phone number attached to it and then the phone started to heat up really fast and then the phone just got stuck on the yellow screen I couldn’t put in my pin number or any of the information to get the phone to work I tried to force restart it. Nothing worked because it would keep doing this restart button thing. Overall worst experience of buying this and it was supposed to be an excellent condition and it had multiple scratches all over the front of the phone so of course I try to do the return process, but I can’t even see the status of my order, which is annoying because I don’t know if it’s ever gonna get there and returned, and this was such an expensive product But either way I recommend NOT buying this product and going for a premium refurbished from Amazon because I did that and I got a better phone. ... show more

    • Defective Phone with Manufacturing Flaw – No Support from Seller
The phone Was a little sticky when it arrived. And the screen was scratched. The sticky part wasn’t a big deal it came off with one wipe of alcohol. But the scratched screen is not what I was expecting I purchased this phone a few months ago and have consistently struggled with applying a screen protector. Despite multiple attempts using high-quality protectors and following all proper techniques, air bubbles always remained. At first, I assumed it was user error. However, after continued frustration, I visited a mobile device professional for assistance. The expert quickly identified the root cause: the phone’s screen is subtly bumpy and uneven, which prevents any screen protector from adhering properly. This is a manufacturing defect — not visible at first glance, which explains why I didn’t notice it earlier. The defect makes it impossible to use the device as intended with a protector, and it significantly compromises both usability and resale value. I have been in contact with both Amazon and the seller for over a week now, providing full details, I have received no refund, no replacement, and no resolution. The lack of support has turned a frustrating situation into a very disappointing and exhausting experience. As a long-time Amazon customer, I expected much better protection under the A-to-Z Guarantee — especially for a product that is clearly defective through no fault of my own. I urge Amazon and the seller to take accountability and process a full refund or provide a replacement device immediately. ... show more
