Physically in very good shape, but the phone shuts down every two minutes, during set up, during calls, and at random. Also drops in and out of wifi constantly. Ported over physical sim to esim and now I don't have any working phone. Very time consuming and inconvenient. Update: Apple confirmed the phone had multiple panic reports under the analytics tab and the phone failed the health test. So far so good. I was a little worried about the other reviews about the battery life being pretty bad right off the rip. Turns out, apparently I was one of the lucky ones. Battery life is 100% and only 3 battery cycles. Had a few small blemishes on the screen(can only be seen when the light hits it just right), but I had a screen protector on hand so it wouldn’t happen any further. Other than that, phone came in excellent quality. Phone was unlocked like the listing said, and was able to put it on my cellular plan without hassle. Pretty good value for the money spent. It’s a generation behind current, and its about half the price if I were to buy brand new. Pretty happy so far. ... show more

I am really pleased with this phone. I expected the item to have some scratches but it ad been well taken care of.. The battery is in good condition at about 88% and holds a charge even when I use it heavily through a day. The screen is very clear and free of scratches.

Bummed out over this certified refurbished iPhone. I have ordered these before and had good success in receiving a good item, unfortunately this one was a lemon. Only had 78% battery life vs. a promised 80% or better life. The display must have been replaced, but it was not functioning properly, as I had a display issue notice on the phone that indicated it had an issue. It turns out the issue was that the auto-brightness adjust did not work. Watch out for the supplier WirelessSource, as this refurbished iPhone came from them. Poor quality control. ... show more
