I thought there would be scratches or dings even though I bought the excellent condition version after reading a lot of these reviews, but when it arrived I was surprised to find there were absolutely NO scratches front or back!! The phone looks brand new like it just came out of the original packaging!! Was also really surprised to see the battery health was at 100% with only 8 cycles!!     • Don't order a phone from Amazon Resale
The media could not be loaded. I ordered a “like new” 15 pro from Amazon Resale. The screen and the rest of the phone appeared to be free from scratches and looked nice. The phone arrived with a completely dead battery. Once I charged it with my Apple charger I was greeted with the hello screen but was unable to get past it. The screen seemed to barely respond to touch input and would only briefly flash a password screen for a fraction of a second. I was also not able to bring up the slider to turn the phone off. I was able to get the phone to restart with volume up, volume down and holding power but I never could get it to shutdown. Also, the back of the phone was unusually warm the entire time it was on. Amazon should at least verify that a phone powers on and off before labeling it “like new”. UPDATE - After returning the first Iphone 15 Pro, I ordered another one from Amazon Resale. This time they sent me a iPhone 12 pro 512mb when I had ordered a iPhone 15 Pro 1TB. I thought that a returned phone would go through some basic checks before being sent to customers but that does not seem to be the case based on my experiences. I will not be ordering another phone from Amazon resale. I have been mostly happy with the other items I have ordered from Amazon Resale but this has been a very frustrating experience. ... show more

I never write reviews but I figured I would because there’s too many bad reviews for this thing. This company itself is very trustworthy out of the others on Amazon. When it came it came with 2 other things I ordered but it was indeed packaged like a phone would be in its own separate box. Nicely protected and the looks of this were beyond my expectations. I honestly didn’t see any scratches, the camera and screen were perfect. So I figured I’d start setting it up and see if there was anything wrong with it software wise. None! All hoes very smoothly, I got it connected to my carrier the next day. It’s very durable and all of the little things work perfectly along with the big things. Passcodes, Face ID, etc. I was a little skeptical as I’ve never purchased a renewed phone before. Let alone not on Amazon. But honestly, get it. It’s a simple and cheap choice. Pretty much just a way to get a used iPhone 15 pro with a warranty. The phone did come dirty when I opened the box, and the screen had a small mark on it, so that did knock a star off, but other than that, it’s a perfectly valid option for getting a new phone! The product overall is fantastic. The dealer, service, and battery are all awful. The product arrived in an unpadded fed ex envelope in a bubble bag. It was un-damaged and eventually I got it all set up with Verizon. Shortly after set up I went to check everything was working and checked on the battery. The battery is at 82% health. Apple recommends replacing the battery at 80% health and will do so for $120. I tried contacting the seller and they told me “the phone meets Amazon’s policy” and so there is nothing we SHOULD do for you. I contacted Amazon who again contacted the seller. The seller replied with the same thing. I would rather avoid returning the phone due to the extra time to set up my old phone and then set up the replacement. I am very disappointed but hoping Amazon will help. ... show more
